★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ristorante a conduzione familiare, bello, spazioso, un ampio parcheggio e delle giostre per intrattenere i più piccoli. Si mangia molto bene, i prezzi sono molto contenuti e le pietanze sono di prima scelta e abbondanti. I proprietari sono molto affabili. Ed è come sentirsi a casa. Ottimo. Ho festeggiato in questo luogo tutte le feste importanti, dal Battesimo della mia prima figlia fino ai suoi diciotto anni, la settimana scorsa.
A nice, spacious family-run restaurant, a large parking lot and rides to entertain the little ones. The food is very good, the prices are very low and the dishes are first choice and abundant. The owners are very personable. And it's like feeling at home. Great. I celebrated all the important holidays in this place, from the baptism of my first daughter until she was eighteen last week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate here with the family (my parents live in Italy, about 30 miles from the restaurant's location), following an automotive event held nearby. The place is NOT easy to find, even with sat-nav, but when you do find it, it will delight you to no end. Nestled high up in the hills, Il Nocciolo has ample indoor and shaded outdoor seating. The outside has a small play area for children. And the food... the food is to die for!! Fresh, home-made, large portions... the smell alone will make your mouth water, and the food is full of flavour, bursting with every bite you take! No wonder the place is frequented not only by locals, but people coming from miles around to eat here. Prices are very, very cheap, especially when you compare them to the city; maybe it's because of the location. If there's anything seasonal on the menu, make sure you try it! I can't wait to go back and eat here again, when I go back to visit my parents!
