In compenso l’ambiente è molto pulito. Il menù presenta cibi buoni e freschi, con portate classiche, senza nessuna forma di rielaborazione. Non siamo rimasti particolarmente stupiti, nonostante le positive recensioni. Consiglio ai proprietari di guardarsi intorno e svecchiare un po’ il tutto. Stop at the 80s Small but not very welcoming, despite the friendliness of the staff. A small restyling with the touch of a good architect would be enough. On the other hand, the environment is very clean. The menu presents good and fresh foods, with classic courses, without any form of reworking. We weren't particularly surprised, despite the positive reviews. I recommend that owners look around and modernize everything a bit.

Da fuori non da assolutamente quella sensazione di chissà che ristorante, tra l'altro sito sulla strada principale fuori dal centro. Dentro sono 10 tavolini al massimo, la semplicità è unica e minimale e la pulizia è curata. Subito vengono agli occhi i piatti fantastici di pesce fresco che escono dalla cucina. Un solo cameriere ma direi capace e gentile. Bene, il menu, in un foglio di carta semplice contiene all'incirca 5 antipasti di crudo e cotto, 5 primi che purtroppo non abbiamo assaggiato ma che dovevano essere di una bontà unica, 5 secondi e i dolci. Volevo assaggiare i calamari alla griglia ma purtroppo erano terminati e sono andato sulla frittura che in genere è il piatto che taglia la testa al toro e devo dire che era buonissima. Gli antipasti sia di crudo che di cotto erano favolosi ma soprattutto il pesce era veramente freschissimo. Il tutto accompagnato da un vino rosè del posto buonissimo. Sorprendente il conto, prezzi assolutamente buoni per quello che si mangia. Mi sento di consigliarlo con molto piacere. Tornerò sicuramente non appena ne avrò la possibilità. As always, we relied on the reviews and among the many we found this one from the Il Granchio restaurant in Roseto degli Abruzzi. From the outside, the feeling of who knows what restaurant is absolutely not, among other things located on the main road outside the center. Inside there are 10 tables at most, the simplicity is unique and minimal and the cleaning is taken care of. The fantastic fresh fish dishes that come out of the kitchen immediately come to the eye. Only one waiter but I would say capable and kind. Well, the menu, in a simple sheet of paper contains about 5 raw and cooked appetizers, 5 first courses that unfortunately we have not tasted but which must have been of a unique goodness, 5 seconds and desserts. I wanted to taste the grilled squid but unfortunately they were finished and I went on the fry which is usually the dish that cuts the bull's head and I must say it was very good. Both raw and cooked starters were fabulous but above all the fish was really fresh. All accompanied by a very good local rosé wine. Surprising the bill, absolutely good prices for what you eat. I feel I can recommend it with great pleasure. I will definitely come back as soon as I get the chance.
