I piatti che escono dalla cucina sono uno spettacolo... soprattutto i primi piatti! I love to eat here. The place is quiet, you can talk to those in front of you without screaming. MA, quando arriva il Garçon, già frigola l aria : attitude positiva, chiara, ben decisa, look "sono quello che vedi" e presentazione incisiva, breve e scattante dei cibi. A questo punto avevo capito che non ci eravamo fermati in un classico posticino sperduto di campagna. Non voglio svelare altro, aggiungo solamente che la cuccina tradizionale ha incontrato 2 ragazzi di sinceri cuori che sanno condividere l Arte della cuccina alla capacità di esprimerlo in chiave moderna. Sanno anche mescolarlo con l interesse per altre culture e l esperimentazione. Da provare se siete curiosi di Eleganza delle parole, Raffinatezza ed Equilibrio nelle "textures" e Umiltà nel saper esporsi senza il bisogno di brillare ed accecare. Questo è stata per me l incontro inatteso con Grani Di Peppe. Unexpected .... I think it is the word that best reflects this discovery. Ne beautiful, "cool" place. Placed under an anonymous sign. BUT, when the Garçon arrives, the air is already frigging: positive, clear, well-defined attitude, "I am what you see" look and incisive, short and quick presentation of the food. At this point I had understood that we hadn't stopped in a classic remote countryside spot. I don't want to reveal anything else, I just add that the traditional kitchen has met 2 guys with sincere hearts who know how to share the art of the kitchen with the ability to express it in a modern key. They also know how to mix it with interest in other cultures and experimentation. Try it if you are curious about Elegance of words, Refinement and Balance in "textures" and Humility in knowing how to expose yourself without the need to shine and blind. This was an unexpected encounter with Grani Di Peppe for me.
