Io locale molto bello presenta una griglia a vista ma dotata di una cappa che non ha lasciato il minimo odore ne nel locale che sui vestiti. Antipasto misto con tutte lo portate molto buono. Primi nella norma Punto forte la squisitezza della carne che si scioglieva in bocca Prezzo medio ma giusto E stata una piacevolissima serata Weekend around the lake. Specialità del ristorante è certamente la carne, piatti ben presentati di ottima fattura. Discreta proposta di vini da scegliere tra quelli esposti. Non è un ristorante molto economico, ma la qualità e le materie prime sono sicuramente di alto livello. Si sa che la Fiorentina è una carne che richiede una cottura giusta e sopratutto deve essere conservata in maniera adeguata …..Ebbene la carne è stata servita, peccato che era piena di venature e la cosa più grave che una buona parte era secca e impossibile da tagliare . Morale della favola per non andare oltre ci presentiamo per pagare il conto è ho visto perfettamente il proprietario alzare il prezzo da 60 euro a 70 euro ….. ! Se la carne fosse stata una vera Fiorentina certamente avremmo pagato volentieri e saremo ritornati . Ma dopo tutte queste mancanze non ci torneremo più . A chi vorrà andare consiglio di verificare e di chiedere di vedere lo stato della carne soprattutto quando si tratta di pezzi come la Fiorentina o altri tipi di carni che non si mangiano tutti i giorni . Molti ristoranti ti presentano prima la carne che andrà cucinata . Mi dispiace di aver avuto questa brutta esperienza. What a disappointment!!!
