Il personale è cordiale e accogliente. Questa volta abbiamo voluto provare il primo anziché la pizza nel ruoto (sempre ottima) e abbiamo preso una pasta e patate e una genovese: che dire, senza parole! Davvero eccezionali! Per non parlare della sbriciolata, come sempre, ottima. Da Fuoco lento si va sempre sul sicuro (sia come qualità sia per le normative anti-covid, è un locale nel pieno rispetto delle regole), lo consiglio vivamente a tutti e ovviamente ci ritornerò presto! If I could, I would put more stars! Each time it's like staying at home; whether it is at the weekend or during the week, the quality of service and courses is always excellent. The staff are warm and welcoming. This time we wanted to try the first instead of the pizza nel ruoto (always excellent) and we took a pasta and potatoes and a Genoese: what can I say, without words! Really exceptional! Not to mention the crumbled, as always, excellent. At Fire Slow you are always on the safe side (both in terms of quality and anti-covid regulations, it is a place in full compliance with the rules), I highly recommend it to everyone and obviously I will be back soon!

Arrivati al locale, molto carino tra il shabby e un rustico moderno. La cameriera gentile ci spiega come funziona, la pizza è da dividere. Scegliamo qualche stuzzicheria fatti da loro e una pizza, metà margherita e metà rutelluccio. La pizza è fatta con impasto madre, nell’impasto si sentivano pezzi di grano, un impasto misto. Essendo con impasto madre la pizza risulta veramente pesante, diversa dal solito, croccante ma pesante. Consiglio di ordinare prima la pizza per provare questo impasto e poi qualche antipasto, quello che avrei voluto che il cameriere ci avrebbe dovuto consigliare. The kind waitress explains how it works, the pizza is to be divided. We choose some snacks made by them and a pizza, half margherita and half rutelluccio. The pizza is made with mother dough, pieces of wheat could be felt in the dough, a mixed dough. Being with mother dough, the pizza is really heavy, different from the usual, crunchy but heavy. I recommend ordering pizza first to try this dough and then some appetizers, what I wished the waiter should have recommended.

Unica pecca è che il sabato sera non accettano prenotazioni.. vero peccato, anche perché ho dovuto aspettare quasi 2 ore però ne è valsa la pena. Staff poi molto disponibile e gentile. Excellent pizzas and the omelette is the best. The only flaw is that on Saturday evening they do not accept reservations .. pity, also because I had to wait almost 2 hours but it was worth it. Staff very helpful and kind.

Consiglio, nel weekend, di anticiparsi, data la folla che contraddistingue questo momento della settimana. Personale gentilissimo, che ci ha in primis indirizzato sulle diverse scelte in merito alla pizza, ed alla quantità da ordinare (si possono ordinare più gusti per pizza, componendo le portate a piacimento). Servizio ottimo e celere, nonostante la folla. Antipasti di ottima fattura, letteralmente "fatti in casa", con panatura croccante e saporita. Le pizze, ovviamente, sono il fiore all'occhiello di questo locale: il mix di farine con cui è composto l'impasto fa la differenza, donando un sapore unico allo stesso, nonché una morbidezza sorprendente. Inoltre la qualità dei condimenti non fa altro che esaltare ancor di più il gusto delle suddette. Prezzi assolutamente abbordabili, soprattutto se si fa attenzione alle quantità ordinate. Per concludere, non vedo l'ora di tornare nuovamente per deliziare il mio palato, non mancherà occasione. Complimenti! Amazing experience. I had dinner at this pizzeria on a Saturday night. I recommend, on the weekend, to anticipate, given the crowd that distinguishes this moment of the week. Very kind staff, who first of all directed us on the different choices regarding the pizza, and the quantity to order (you can order more flavors for pizza, composing the courses at will). Great and fast service, despite the crowds. Well-made appetizers, literally "homemade", with crunchy and tasty breading. The pizzas, of course, are the flagship of this place: the mix of flours with which the dough is made makes the difference, giving it a unique flavor, as well as a surprising softness. Furthermore, the quality of the condiments does nothing but enhance the taste of the aforementioned even more. Absolutely affordable prices, especially if you pay attention to the quantities ordered. To conclude, I can't wait to go back again to delight my palate, there will be no lack of opportunity. Well done!

Personale gentilissimo, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo (1 pizza 2 gusti, due Coca-Cola e 2 fette di dolce €34). Se volete andarci nel weekend vi consiglio di arrivare un oretta prima dell'orario in cui vogliate mangiare perché c'è da aspettare, ma personalmente credo ne valga la pena. The strong point of the place are the pizzas in the wheel, personally I tried the sausages and potatoes and meat sauce both really delicious. Very kind staff, excellent value for money (1 pizza 2 flavors, two Coca-Cola and 2 slices of dessert € 34). If you want to go there on the weekend I suggest you arrive an hour before the time you want to eat because there is a wait, but personally I think it's worth it.

Le pizze in teglia sono buonissime, qualsiasi sia il tipo che scegliate, ci sarà da leccarsi i baffi! Personale di sala gentilissimo e presente. Davvero una bella scoperta. Da provare.
