Ristorante Pizzeria Braceria Essenza del Gusto

Purtroppo esperienza negativa... ordinato due pizze di cui tutte e Due con cornicione troppo crudo... Nella wustel e patatine troppo condimento da affogare la pizza e non riuscire a mangiarla tutta. Mi dispiace ma la capricciosa per troppo che era cruda ci ha fatto stare male..

Accoglienza, qualità e gusto sono il mix perfetto per stare e mangiare bene in un luogo. Qui, ho trovato tutto: dalla pulizia, alla creatività dei piatti. Qualità e gusto: 10!! Provare per credere ??? Nb: adatto soprattutto anche alle coppie con figli, in quanto è riservata un'area giochi molto grande accanto all'area tavoli.

One of the best pizzas in the world. We had three in three days.

The staff were great the food was unbelievable good.

This was meant to be a night out with my in-laws and nephews to celebrate and we would soon have our night go downhill due to the chavvy (cafoni) and ill mannered, not to mention vulgar owners, husband, in the kitchen and wife as maître, taking orders and taking them wrong, through and through. The orders were written by my wife on her phone as being a table of 7 there's always a possibility of errors. The starters came all separately and being in family we were waiting for eachother to finally eat them cold, as the time between them was long. When the main dishes started coming out, they brought out a pizza and seem to have forgotten to run the meat dishes in the main kitchen because my brother in law found himself eating on his own. About 15 minutes after the pizza, two meat dishes came out correct.... not so much for the rest. After consulting it with the maître, she ran in the kitchen and the chef, came out to see what was going on, no mask. After a quick chat he went back in tto start bringing out whatever he deemed fit. Nothing to do with our order, except for mine. So once again we addressed it to the maître and that is when it really went downhill. The chef came out saying that we had no idea what we had ordered and actually called my mother in law a lier, I didn't catch that, but my brother in law did, and confronted him. The owner came face to face to say we were in his house and threatened him. We left after paying 50€ to cover the starters and were never given an actual ticket, only the order ticket. This was a disappointment and an embarrassment to actually be there in such a violent and uncomfortable situation.

I was there with my family for dinner. It was still very early in the evening, so we were the only table at that time. We don't speak italian and the staff doesn't speak english, except for Sara, who came to the rescue ?, but after messing up the pronunciation of every dish we managed to get on the same page. Food came one after another but fast enough, so we didn't have to wait long at all for everyone to start eating at the same time. Pizza and pasta were great. Espresso was probably the smallest I have ever seen, but I feel like we got a very traditional experience. Grazie
