L	Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante storico, menù ancor di più ? I piatti sono sempre quelli ma sono buoni, di qualità, freschi e si torna per quei sapori che ormai si conoscono. L'antipasto classico con trota affumicata, trota soft, crostini con maionese (una volta c'erano anche quelli col burro...), cocktail di gamberetti in salsa rosa e trota in saor viene servito fresco e lo si apprezza sempre moltissimo. I primi sono buoni, soprattutto la pasta all'uovo con il ragú, strepitosa. La specialità è la trota, i pesci vengono tenuti in una piccola vasca con acqua corrente del fiume adiacente al ristorante, a digiuno per qualche giorno prima di poter essere utilizzati in cucina. Vengono pescati, curati e cotti immediatamente. La trota fresca, cotta ai ferri mantiene un gusto molto delicato. I dolci non fanno impazzire ma cmq discreti. Il personale è gentile ed attento. Una cosa che manca è il menu cartaceo con i prezzi. Difatti viene raccontato a voce, ma cmq uno sguardo lo darei volentieri! I prezzi sono un po' alti. Historic restaurant, even more menu ? The dishes are always the same but they are good, quality, fresh and you go back to those flavors that now you know. The classic appetizer with smoked trout, trout soft, toasted bread with mayonnaise (once there were also those with butter ...), cocktail shrimp in pink sauce and trout in sauce is served fresh and always appreciates very much. The former are good, especially the pasta with ragout, amazing. The specialty is the trout, the fish are kept in a small tank with running water of the river adjacent to the restaurant, fasting for a few days before they can be used in cooking. They are caught, cured and cooked immediately. Fresh trout, cooked grilled maintains a very delicate taste. The desserts are not crazy but cmq discrete. The staff is kind and attentive. One thing that is missing is the paper menu with prices. In fact it is told verbally, but cmq a look I'd give it willingly! The prices are a little high.

Per quanto riguarda i primi, il sugo con trota e funghi leggermente piccante è da provare. Genuine cuisine, almost everything on the menu they prepare on the same day! The trout-based appetizers are 10 and praise! As for the first courses, the sauce with trout and slightly spicy mushrooms is worth trying.
