Bellissima esposizione di pescato e frutti di mare, alta qualità, ambienti riservati. Tra i piatti migliori, scampi al sale, spigola al girarrosto, acqua pazza alla sarda. Carissimo ma ogni tanto vale la pena. Classic and traditional seafood restaurant from the good old days, dated but cozy and reliable. Beautiful display of fish and seafood, high quality, reserved areas. Among the best dishes, prawns in salt, sea bass on the rotisserie, Sardinian crazy water. Dear but sometimes it's worth it.

Questo é spiegato dall'ottima selezione di pescato e di vini di cui dispone il ristorante che, oltre a dei piatti gustosissimi serviti con garbo e accoglienza, garantisce un'assoluta freschezza dei prodotti. Personalmente consiglio la frittura di paranza (il fritto é estremamente leggero e facilmente digeribile) e i tagliolini ai gamberi con pasta fresca fatta in casa dalla moglie del proprietario. N.B. I prezzi a seguito della quarantena si sono decisamente abbassati e in piú é possibile prendere d'asporto Ezio is an institution when it comes to eating good fish in the Trieste district. This is explained by the excellent selection of fish and wines available in the restaurant which, in addition to delicious dishes served with grace and hospitality, guarantees absolute freshness of the products. Personally I recommend the fried fish (the fried is extremely light and easily digestible) and the tagliolini with prawns with fresh homemade pasta by the owner's wife. N.B. Tutti i piatti sono a livello di eccellenza, il pesce è freschissimo , la cantina dei vini è molto ricca, il personale è cortese e gentile. Consiglio di gustare i tagliolini con funghi, pesce e frutti di mare, e i famosi crudi. Complimenti ai proprietari. Historic fish restaurant in Rome in the Trieste district. All dishes are excellent, the fish is very fresh, the wine cellar is very rich, the staff is courteous and kind. I recommend tasting the tagliolini with mushrooms, fish and seafood, and the famous raw fish. Kudos to the owners.

Famoso tra i vip della politica della capitale, col Covid si è riposizionato con offerte convenientissime a pranzo (menù di pesce di gran livello a 10 euro, con primo abbondante, secondo e caffè inclusi) e aperitivi a base di pesce prima di cena. Grandissimo rapporto qualità prezzo con i menù. Ezio e la moglie super-gentili e ultra professionali!
