Personale molto gentile e altamente qualificato sempre disposto ad accontentare la clientela in tutto e per tutto. Che dire: favolosi... Da prendere come esempio ....modello top di ristorazione grazie....
Top canteen better than many restaurants in the area ... Now my half of lunch for more than 5 years never the slightest problem ... Venerdì pesce a go go con la sensazionale calamarata per non parlare del soutè, frittura di pesce, spiedini ecc... per finire dolci freschissimi fatti in giornata. Che cosa si può pretendere di piu? Un Lucano?? Bene... al bancone bar potrete trovare anche quello!!! Ristorante self service consigliato a chi si trova a Sassuolo. Prezzi competitivi!
I confirm the great quality and familiarity of this place. The dishes are always excellent with fresh and tasty ingredients. Friday fish a go go with the sensational calamarata not to mention the soutè, fried fish, skewers etc ... to finish fresh desserts made in the day. What more can you ask for? A Lucano ?? Well ... at the bar counter you can find that too !!! Self service restaurant recommended for those in Sassuolo. Competitive prices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrambe le addette alla cassa sono incredibilmente scortesi e maleducate!
Premetto che ci sono andato per anni, dato che l'azienda per cui lavoro ha una convenzione con loro, ma ho smesso per l'estremo astio che queste due signore hanno verso chi paga un pasto al giorno nel loro locale.
Esempi di frasi che mi sono sentito dire o che dei colleghi in fila dopo di me hanno sentito nei miei confronti:
"I primi caldi gli danno alla testa" (avevo chiesto se le pizzette che servono normalmente a coppie, fossero un secondo o un contorno... una domanda come un'altra a mio dire)
"Questa brutta persona paga 3 euro con la carta" (hanno usato un altro termine al posto di "brutta persona" ma non mi sembra il caso di riportarlo su google)
Queste sono solo le più recenti e quelle che mi ricordo testualmente...
È un peccato perchè si mangerebbe anche discretamente, ma mangiare dopo che ti hanno offeso (tutti i santi giorni) a lungo andare stanca!
Both cashier ladies are incredibly rude and rude!
I state that I went there for years, since the company I work for has an agreement with them, but I stopped because of the extreme resentment that these two ladies have towards those who pay a meal a day in their restaurant.
Examples of phrases I have heard or that colleagues in line after me have heard about me:
"The first heat gives him to the head" (I asked if the pizzas that are normally served in pairs, were a second course or a side dish ... a question like any other in my opinion)
"This ugly person pays 3 euros with the card" (they used another term instead of "ugly person" but I don't think it's appropriate to report it on google)
These are only the most recent and the ones I remember verbatim ...
It is a shame because you would also eat discreetly, but eating after they have offended you (every holy day) in the long run tired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il cibo è buono, in maggior parte il personale è gentile. Però c'è una signora alla cassa, che non ha il rispetto ai suoi clienti. Sta sempre al telefono. Quando fatto la domanda, mi ha risposto male e mi ha messo in pressione.

The food is good, mostly the staff are nice. But there is a lady at the cashier who does not have respect for her customers. He's always on the phone. When I asked the question, he answered me wrong and put me under pressure.
