We ordered two takeaway pizzas at 8pm and at 10pm it still hadn't arrived. After more than an hour of delay they showed up without change ... demanding to leave the money in their hands and tomorrow they would put the change in the mailbox. Leaving aside the delay and the rest .... half an hour before I had called back and they dismissed me with the phrase "one minute and part" .... having said that ... the final verbal confrontation on the phone with the cashier was really worthy of a movie .. under the banner of rudeness.

My husband and I arrive at 9pm to celebrate an important evening. Place full of people eating pizza, very few restaurant tables. We order. Immediately comes the wine, then nothing. After 45 minutes the oyster appetizer arrives to him, after another 10 minutes we ask about mine (cold appetizer, "del Golfo", which was supposed to be mussels, clams, marinades and shrimp cocktails, preparation time 3 minutes). waiters running arrive with a plate containing 6 mussels, 6 clams, a few pieces of seafood salad, two anchovies and a piece of salmon that I swear, did not exceed 6 cm. We report this to the waiter (owner?), Pointing out that the marinades and the shrimp cocktail are missing. In response, he says that the marinades are the 2 anchovies and the microscopic salmon and admits that the prawn cocktail is missing and makes sure to get it to me. Is the prawn cocktail the one in the picture, or a pound of mayonnaise, is Calvè present? Here, the same, not seasoned, with 6 shrimps inside. Have you ever put a spoonful of mayonnaise in your mouth? I do not recommend it. I begin to be noticeably annoyed, the usual waiter / owner comes to clear the table, sees the uneaten cocktail and pretends nothing has happened. At that point I ask him if the rest of the dinner was already in preparation because I had every intention of getting up and leaving, he confirms that he can stop everything (we probably would have had dinner at one o'clock). We get up, go to the cashier and surprise !!! The full bill, place settings, wine, oysters and € 12 for 6 mussels. Not even a hint of a mistake in the kitchen or a possible gesture of apology. Never again. The kitchen can be wrong, there is, but the lack of professionalism and mockery also cannot.
