La prima domanda che mi è venuta in mente appena ho varcato la soglia del locale è stata:- Dove siamo?
Siamo nel Lazio in provincia di Frosinone? Beh, fisicamente sì... ma la sensazione di essere in un posto "senza tempo", magari in una capitale europea, è stata ben forte!
Un "locale" accogliente, colori vivi, arredamento curato e di buon gusto ... lasciano presagire una serata di grande qualità.
Così è stato.
Uno staff che ama il suo lavoro ... ci ha guidato per un percorso eno-gastronomico di ottimo livello.
Pietanze di gusti molto naturali sono sicuramente figlie di mani sapienti, cultura e grande ricercatezza.
Vini adeguati e ben "spiegati" da parte di Mirco, che, come me, è prima di tutto un appassionato.
Consiglio a tutti i lettori di "lasciarsi andare" in questo piccolo "universo parallelo".
Garbo, educazione e cultura abitano in questo posto.
Ci tornerò sicuramente.

The first question that came to my mind as soon as I crossed the threshold of the restaurant was: - Where are we?
Are we in Lazio in the province of Frosinone? Well, physically yes ... but the feeling of being in a "timeless" place, perhaps in a European capital, was very strong!
A welcoming "place", bright colors, refined and tasteful furnishings ... suggest an evening of great quality.
So it was.
A staff who loves their work ... guided us on an excellent eno-gastronomic journey.
Dishes with very natural tastes are certainly the daughters of skilled hands, culture and great refinement.
Adequate and well-explained wines by Mirco, who, like me, is first of all an enthusiast.
I advise all readers to "let go" in this small "parallel universe".
Grace, education and culture live in this place.
I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati di ritorno da Forca d'Acero, eravamo diretti verso Latina e convinti dalle recensioni abbiamo deciso di fare una leggera deviazione. Che dire.. tutto perfetto! Locale accogliente, il ragazzo al bancone gentile ed attento, cibo fantastico. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!
We stopped on the way back from Forca d'Acero, we were headed towards Latina and convinced by the reviews we decided to take a slight detour. What can I say .. everything perfect! Cozy place, the guy at the counter kind and attentive, fantastic food. Excellent value for money. We can't wait to go back!

Ci sono stata ieri: ambiente molto curato e intimo; le finestre, all'inglese, fanno entrare una luce calda durante il giorno. Pietanze di qualità, ingredienti sapientemente accostati e personale giovane e gentile. Il menù non eccessivo nella quantità di portate, cambia periodicamente, e la scelta dei piatti e dei vini è aiutata dal personale, molto preparato. Esperienza più che positiva. Inserirei delle foto ma non rendono giustizia ai piatti, meglio visitare i loro social!

I was there yesterday: a very nice and intimate environment; the windows, in the English style, let in a warm light during the day. Quality dishes, expertly combined ingredients and young and kind staff. The menu, not excessive in the quantity of courses, changes periodically, and the choice of dishes and wines is helped by the highly trained staff. More than positive experience. I would post photos but they don't do the dishes justice, better visit their social networks!

The location is quite and romantic, the decor perfectly combines old and modern elements. Will go back every time I am in San Donato!
