Su consiglio di mia figlia durante una vacanza sul Conero abbiamo mangiato in questo locale che si è rivelato eccezionale Pulito, cibo ottimo e personale veramente competente e bravo. Una lode particolare ad Asia che è deliziosa e davvero molto brava. Complimenti

Sono passati 2 anni dall'ultima volta ma chi la dura la vince,quest'anno sabato 19/giugno/21 finalmente siamo tornati in vacanza a Marcelli la sera cena rigorosamente prenotata con largo anticipo al nostro Tavolo,passiamo ai fatti, antipasti,primi e secondi di Pesce Pescato,un ottimo vino rose' bollicine marche,un ottimo dolce con fragole e crema deliziosa e per finire due buoni caffè,abbiamo replicato anche domenica sera ma questa volta su"La Terrazza"prima volta,non male,preferiamo il CUCALE solito a PianTerreno. Lido sempre ben tenuto e Pulito grazie anche allo staff di spiaggia Federico,Noru e il signor Elvio una Roccia di 76 anni,da lunedì a giovedì persone il giusto ma nei fine settimana a partire dal venerdì pomeriggio si salvi chi può e fai fatica a trovare un Ombrellone disponibile,questa è crisi??? Parliamo anche dei prezzi in generale,grazie al Covid e Non tutto è Aumentato e Non Poco,dagli Ombrelloni 2€ in più al giorno,lo Stagionale Prima Fila alle Stelle,ai Ristoranti,in quest'ultimo da Listino Aggiornato il Pescato del giorno a soli € 8,00 l'hg.?????,Regalato!!!!! Ma è Mormale??non so dove arriveremo, incrociamo le ????? Ciao Davide,ciao Roberto,allora ci vediamo domani sabato 23/10/21 a pranzo,saremo in quattro,a presto,by Difatti siamo arrivati alle 13,15,in quattro, Location Piena,pranzo molto,molto Buono,staff perfetto,Davide e Roberto fantastici. L'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stato il Conto,purtroppo mi dispiace dirlo,Molto Salato????? Non so dove ci porterà questa Pandemia e la mano dell'uomo,prezzi delle materie prime sempre di più in Salita vedi Luce,Gas Metano,GPL,Benzine,nei supermercati tutto è Aumentato e Non esiste un freno,siamo solo agli inizi,cosa ci riserverà il 2022 ????? Saluto tutto lo staff in particolare un ciao ad Elvio,sei una Roccia con i tuoi 76 anni,alla prossima. IL Cucale(in dialetto marchigiano è il Gabbiano)❤???????❤ Da una cinquantina di giorni ci pensa la guerra in Ucraina e rendere stabili i prezzi sempre solo in Salita. ???????????????????????????? Le spese cominciano ad essere Insostenibili fra Ombrelloni e il macigno più grosso l'Affitto de gli Appartamenti e Hotel,è così dappertutto.?????

This is one of the most appreciated restaurants in Marcelli. Not very big, yet a little cozy jewel, due to the excellent and tasty food (for instance you can't miss mix fried fish/vegetables out), friendly and attentive team (especially with regards to Covid's precautions) as well as its reasonable price (when compared with top quality service and food). My wife and I went one Saturday evening in high season (end of August), and gladly we made an advanced reservation just a couple of hours before, as it is always fully taken. Others, who came later with no booking, regrettably couldn't find any available table. If you'd find yourself around that area, my suggestion is to give this good restaurant a chance to surprise you.

A very good fish restaurant set in a beautiful place by the sea Il Cucale is a locally well known restaurant in Marcelli, on the Adriatic coast of Marche Region. Good (sometimes great) local traditional food in an immaculate setting. The place: set in a 1930s building, the restaurant has been nicely renovated along the years preserving its original architecture. It is right on the beach giving the guests this feeling of being on holidays. The prevailing colour is white which also contribute to give this light and fresh feeling. Table set is nice, with fabric table cloth and napkins. While not particularly innovative or offering any “wow” factor, the place makes the guest feel comfortable. Tables are reasonably spaced. The service: interesting fact is that most of customers are regulars (including me that have been here for over 15 years) so the service is very much personal including some chats about each other lives. But in general the service is really good, professional and friendly, made by people that do their jobs since forever and know very well how to do it. The food: the fresh pasta with fish ragù was really good. Fresh past is the specialty of the restaurant and their fish ragù is outstanding. Really good plate. Tuna steak unfortunately was a miss. In part my bad ordering an ocean fish instead of locally fished fresh products, but still, the tuna was almost tasteless. A pity. Home made chips were really good. The deconstructed Millefoglie was also a highlight of the dinner. In general looking at the menu and the plates passing by, il Cucale offers simple and great local food following the culinary tradition of the area. If a critique can be made, their food is not innovative or creative in any way. So if you are looking to be surprised, you better make a different choice of restaurant. What you will get here is solid and delicious local recipes. Ah, you get freshly made bread (focaccia) all along your meal which is really good The price: the dinner costed around 50 euro. A fair price. The fish dish was not really good, but prices are quite harmonised so for the same cost you could have a much better fish. Considering the setting and the food it is a good price in the range of similar choices in the area. Overall the restaurant is a very good option. I suggest to eat outside when possible. You almost have your feet in the sand and the terrace is nice. Food is good or really good depending of your choices, but it would step up if at least some creative dishes were offered. Service is really nice, professional and friendly.
