The sfogliatella had the cream that looked like scrambled egg instead the crunchy part was good but you could add a little icing sugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto carino nel complesso. Purtroppo però ho avuto una spiacevole, esperienza, legata soprattutto alla mancanza di professionalità e, in particolar modo, alla scortesia del personale. Ho richiesto un entrecote di maiale, e mi è stato detto che mi sarebbe stato comunicato se fosse stata disponibile o meno. Nel frattempo arrivano le portate per gli altri commensali... e la mia sembra non arrivare mai. Dopo che tutti avevano terminato di mangiare, chiedo informazioni e mi viene riferito che il mio ordine sarebbe arrivato dopo qualche minuto. Ne passano altri 15, dopodiché chiedo ulteriori spiegazioni e il cameriere, senza nemmeno scusarsi per il ritardo, non mi porta ciò che avevo ordinato, bensì l'alternativa (tra l'altro più costosa) senza avvisarmi dell'avvenuta sostituzione. Oltre al danno poi la beffa dato che quando ho fatto notare l'errore non è stato nemmeno umilmente riconosciuto.
Nice place overall. Unfortunately, however, I had an unpleasant experience, linked above all to the lack of professionalism and, in particular, to the rudeness of the staff. I requested a pork entrecote, and was told I would be notified if it was available or not. Meanwhile, the dishes arrive for the other diners ... and mine never seems to arrive. After everyone has finished eating, I ask for information and I am told that my order would arrive after a few minutes. Another 15 passes, after which I ask for further explanations and the waiter, without even apologizing for the delay, does not bring me what I had ordered, but the alternative (among other things more expensive) without notifying me of the replacement. In addition to the injury then the insult since when I pointed out the error was not even humbly recognized.
