Invogliato dalle ottime recensioni decidiamo x questo locale "3Voglie" . Anche se non avevamo prenotato controllano il green pass è ci fanno subito accomodare (con un bimbo piccolo per me è molto importante). All interno il locale è arredato con gusto 3sale in stile differenti ci troviamo subito a nostro agio, sorpreso di trovare più tipi di pizza chiedo se posso fare una degustazione, Francesca (la responsabile di sala) ci accontenta subito, prima la pizza baby per mio figlio ben fatta e gustosa visto che la divorata, a seguire le nostre pizze ..descritte ad ogni portata Il Quadrotto, La Cilentata, la Conteporania... Impasto leggero e scioglievole si sente la ricerca e la qualità dei prodotti. Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere il titolare Valentino Tafuri persona davvero umile e gentile che con grande professionalità crea dei prodotti lievitati davvero unici. Non solo pizza ho portato a casa Pane tipo 1 , colomba, fette biscottate, fatte da loro , prodotti Davvero ottimi. Prezzo nella media (mi aspettavo di più visto la qualità). Peccato la lontananza è non riuscire a ritornare più spesso. 3Voglie il Pizzificio CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! Taste and professionalism, what about traveling with my family I stop in Battipaglia to eat a pizza. Encouraged by the excellent reviews we decide x this place "3Voglie". Even if we hadn't booked, they check the green pass and let us sit right away (with a small child this is very important to me). Inside, the restaurant is tastefully furnished 3 rooms in different styles we are immediately at ease, surprised to find more types of pizza I ask if I can do a tasting, Francesca (the room manager) satisfies us immediately, first the baby pizza for me son well done and tasty since devoured, followed by our pizzas .. described at each course Il Quadrotto, La Cilentata, Conteporania ... Light and melt-in-your-mouth dough you can feel the research and quality of the products. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Valentino Tafuri, a truly humble and kind person who creates truly unique leavened products with great professionalism. Not only pizza, I brought home bread type 1, colomba, rusks, made by them, really excellent products. Average price (I expected more given the quality). Too bad the distance is not being able to return more often. 3 He wants the Pizzificio HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

While the pizza is superior to anything I might have had in the u.s. save your calories if you can for somewhere else. Although there aren't many higher end restaurants in this region if any.
