Io non sono un esperto ma la chianina e il vino della "Tenuta Ulisse", vendemmia invecchiata 10 anni, sono stati un abbinamento magistrale. Servizio e qualità dei prodotti eccellenti, è probabile che sia il miglior ristorante per la carne di questa zona. Se la carne alla brace è la vostra passione non potete non mangiare da Roland! PS: la cucina propone anche ottimo pesce fresco! Mr. Roland personally offered us top quality meat and wine. I am not an expert but the Chianina and the wine of the "Tenuta Ulisse", a harvest aged 10 years, were a masterful combination. Excellent service and quality of produce, it is likely to be the best meat restaurant in this area. If grilled meat is your passion, you can't not eat at Roland's! PS: the kitchen also offers excellent fresh fish!

F	Francesco Pellone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che brace !!! Passando da Montefiascone, in provincia di Viterbo, decidiamo di provare questo ristorante che si trova proprio sulla Cassia. Appena entrati (vedi foto allegate) subito ci colpisce la brace e optiamo immediatamente per cenare carne. Il locale è molto accogliente e il personale cordiale. Ordiniamo quindi una chianina da 1,2 kg e una braciola di maiale e come accompagnamento le patate fritte a sfoglia tagliate a mano fresche. La carne è divina e cotta alla perfezione, accompagnata da un bel calice abbondante di Sangiovese (a soli 2,5€ !!!). Essendo soddisfatti passiamo direttamente al dolce. Una zuppa inglese e una "charlotte" deliziose. Caffè e mirto digestivo. Conto onestissimo e rapporto qualità/prezzo molto molto buono. Parcheggio comodo. Se siete di passaggio fermatevi a gustare l'ottima cucina. What embers !!! Passing from Montefiascone, in the province of Viterbo, we decide to try this restaurant which is located right on the Cassia. As soon as we enter (see attached photos) the embers immediately hit us and we immediately opt for dinner with meat. The place is very welcoming and the staff are friendly. We then order a 1.2 kg Chianina and a pork chop and as an accompaniment the fresh hand-cut French fries. The meat is divine and cooked to perfection, accompanied by a nice abundant glass of Sangiovese (for only € 2.5 !!!). Being satisfied we go directly to dessert. A delicious trifle and "charlotte". Coffee and digestive myrtle. Very honest account and very very good quality / price ratio. Convenient parking. If you are passing through, stop to enjoy the excellent cuisine.

Il primo, spaghetti alle vongole, squisiti; il secondo una frittura di calamari (la foto parla da sola) buona così è difficile da trovare; pesce fresco, infine una fetta di torta moretta buona e con una bella presentazione. Il prezzo è giusto per la qualità delle materie prime usate. Da tornarci, lo consiglio Staff and owners very kind, polite and discreet presence, qualities difficult to find nowadays. The first, spaghetti with clams, delicious; the second a fried calamari (the photo speaks for itself) good so it is difficult to find; fresh fish, finally a slice of good brunette cake with a beautiful presentation. The price is right for the quality of the raw materials used. To go back, I recommend it

Cottura della carne così così: metà purtroppo era cruda dato lo spessore della stessa. Mi aspettavo un costo leggermente infetiore ma ok. Prossima volta pagherò con carta invece di contanti. Polite and friendly staff. Waiting from the order to the first course (cold cuts) of 40 minutes: perhaps a bit too long. Food quality in the norm. Cooking the meat so-so: unfortunately half was raw given the thickness of the same. I was expecting a slightly lower cost but ok. Next time I will pay by card instead of cash.
