★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione stupenda, con veduta del lago di Bolsena, abbiamo preso per primo una fettuccina con funghi porcini, e un lombrichelli cacio e pepe ottimi, poi per secondo agnello alla scottadito una bontà unica sia per la carne tenerissima e sia per la cottura, contorni di cicoria ripassata in padella e patine fritte, il tutto accompagnate da un buon vino rosso della casa, che dire, è da provare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the nicest down to earth warm people you will meet. My wife especially love the fire in the middle of the restaurant. It was amazing watching the cook debone the fish and take the all the bones out with one cut.
They even brought us a bottle of Lemoncello after dinner.
