★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima uscita di primavera, clienti da tempo il sabato - da Firenze 35 minuti di auto e di bella campagna- , con menu alla carta. Ristorante che apprezziamo anche quando capitiamo vicino a qualche tavolo con bambini vocianti e genitori anche di più (bambini perdonati, genitori no). Qualità sempre interessante, menu che si arricchisce talora con qualche nuova 'invenzione' insieme a proposte tradizionali della cucina toscana.
Questa volta, a parte i sempre validi 'Pici alla nana' (la prossima volta mi piacerebbe provarli all' 'aglione', tanto poi il pomeriggio non devo avere incontri intimi, e poi semmai mi porterei del prezzemolo da masticare come antidoto), e la 'Tagliata di vitellone alle erbe aromatiche' (arrivata però un po' fredda -forse meglio riscaldare un po' il piatto se non fa caldo, comunque tenerissima), abbiamo gustato 'Chicche di patate con crema di pecorino asparagi e guanciale', veramente ottime, e una fetta di torta alle mele altrettanto valida (le foto sono venute male , ma le pubblico lo stesso). Vino giovane della casa gradevole, acqua frizzante, caffé, ovviamente mezze porzioni già per noi abbondanti solo quelle; patate fritte (purtroppo) surgelate.
Prezzo equo (coperto 2 Euro, che forse aumentandolo di 50 centesimi potrebbe permettere tovaglioli in tessuto invece che di carta).
Servizio celere e gentile. Digestione non laboriosa, e già qui il segno è più (però limitandoci alla mezza porzione...). Green pass fino a decisioni ulteriori.
Qualche fiorellino nei campi per quanto aridi ritornando in città (e qui la foto è buona...).
 First spring outing, long-time customers on Saturdays - from Florence 35 minutes by car and beautiful countryside -, with a la carte menu. A restaurant that we also appreciate when we come across some table with noisy children and even more parents (children forgiven, parents not). Always interesting quality, menu that is sometimes enriched with some new 'invention' together with traditional proposals of Tuscan cuisine.
This time, apart from the always valid 'Pici alla nana' (next time I would like to try them at 'aglione', anyway in the afternoon I don't have to have intimate encounters, and then if anything I would bring me some parsley to chew as an antidote), and the 'Tagliata di vitellone with aromatic herbs' (arrived however a little cold - perhaps better to heat the dish a little if it is not hot, however very tender), we tasted 'Chicche di potatoes with cream of pecorino, asparagus and bacon', really excellent, and an equally good slice of apple pie (the photos turned out badly, but the public anyway). Pleasant young house wine, sparkling water, coffee, obviously half portions that are already abundant for us; (unfortunately) frozen fried potatoes.
Fair price (2 Euro covered, which perhaps increasing it by 50 cents could allow for fabric napkins instead of paper).
Prompt and kind service. Not laborious digestion, and already here the sign is more (but limiting ourselves to half a portion ...). Green pass until further decisions.
A few flowers in the fields, however arid, returning to the city (and here the photo is good ...).
