★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vogliono assolutamente i cani, come evidenziato da avvisi in prossimità cortile ristorante, e certi padroni di cane non li vorrei neanche io, ma la cucina, semplice ma assolutamente genuina merita, un plauso alla fiorentina, degna del nome ed in porzionatura decisamente umana, oltre ad un plauso particolare al semifreddo della casa con panna, cioccolato e zabaione.
 They absolutely do not want dogs, as evidenced by notices near the restaurant courtyard, and some dog owners do not want them either, but the cuisine, simple but absolutely genuine, deserves a Florentine applause, worthy of the name and in a decidedly human portioning. as well as a special applause for the semifreddo of the house with cream, chocolate and zabaglione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Brega ho sempre mangiato bene e la buona qualità delle pietanze mi ha sempre aiutata a superare i modi un po' burberi del personale, ma stasera... cena di lavoro per 14 persone... Si sono comportati, a mio sentimento, in modo davvero scortese.... E ce ne siamo andati. Credo che cercherò altrove pietanze altrettanto buone con un livello di cortesia un po' superiore.
I've always eaten well at Brega's and the good quality of the dishes has always helped me to overcome the slightly gruff manners of the staff, but tonight ... business dinner for 14 people ... really rude way .... And we left. I think I will look elsewhere for equally good dishes with a slightly higher level of courtesy.

Be prepared to wait two hours for a plate of bland noodles. Coming here is doing a disservice to the owners, who work less the better they are. When I asked for information I was replied: are you finished? Yes my love, I'm done with you forever. And I left hungry on Christmas day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dò 3 stelle perché l'ultima volta che ci sono stato, sono capitato in un tavolo (per 1 ora e mezza, ma d'altronde il locale era pieno) fra due tavolate di 12+ persone a sinistra e 12+ a destra che parlavano urlando (gente anziana con problemi evidenti di udito) in continuazione costringendomi a cambiare tavolo e rimediando un bel malditesta. Il cibo come al solito non é male, ma ultimamente non é come qualche anno fa....
I give 3 stars because the last time I was there, I came across a table (for 1 hour and a half, but on the other hand the place was full) between two tables of 12+ people on the left and 12+ on the right talking screaming (elderly people with obvious hearing problems) all the time forcing me to change tables and getting a good headache. The food as usual is not bad, but lately it is not like a few years ago ....
