Dai cinghiali (che si vedono in diretta scorrazzare per il bosco vicino) alla carne di maiale, che sono allevati anche questi allo stato brado.
Cucina ottima e un filetto di cinghiale incredibile. Una bella esperienza. Consigliato !
Anche l'oste è d'altri tempi, che vi "appoggia" perle di saggezza da antico romano, anche se bolognese al 100%.

Premesso questo, qualità e menu li ho trovati abbastanza scadenti, soprattutto considerando la zona, famosa per il cibo.
Il luogo è immerso in piena natura, tra alte colline, raggiungibile da una strada sterrata e sbrecciata che con pazienza si percorre con ogni auto.
Arredo e servizio molto spartano.
