Siamo tornati due volte in una settimana: personale gentilissimo e disponibile per qualunque necessitΓ , location meravigliosa immersa nelle colline maremmane, piatti apparentemente semplici (nel rispetto della cucina tradizionale) che nascondono in realtΓ una chiara ricerca per esaltare i sapori delle pietanze. Ma soprattutto tanta passione che si respira in ogni istante, come se la vera missione della struttura fosse quello di trasmettere i valori maremmani oltre che offrirne l'ottimo cibo.
Maneggio attiguo e animali rendono il posto particolarmente adatto alle famiglie, ma si presta anche ad avventori piΓΉ giovani in cerca di serenitΓ bucolica.
Da segnalare in particolare l'eccezionale fiorentina e in generale la carne, davvero ottima e saporita. Anche le pappardelle meritano un assaggio.
Selezione di vini toscani molto buona, ma lo stesso vino della casa prodotto nelle vicinanze Γ¨ davvero ottimo.
Simply great experience. We returned twice in a week: very kind and helpful staff for any need, wonderful location immersed in the Maremma hills, apparently simple dishes (respecting traditional cuisine) that actually hide a clear search to enhance the flavors of the dishes. But above all, a lot of passion that can be breathed in every moment, as if the real mission of the structure was to transmit the Maremma values ββas well as offer excellent food.
Adjacent riding stables and animals make the place particularly suitable for families, but it is also suitable for younger customers in search of bucolic serenity.
Particularly noteworthy is the exceptional Florentine and in general the meat, really excellent and tasty. Even the pappardelle deserve a taste.
Very good selection of Tuscan wines, but the same house wine produced nearby is really great.

β β β β β In vacanza a Follonica abbiamo trovato questo locale per caso, passeggiando con la famiglia. Abbiamo pranzato con alcuni antipasti e preso 2 primi. Il tutto consigliato dallo chef. Abbiamo gustato affettati e formaggio toscano e piatti di mare della cucina Toscana. I primi tra cui le pappardelle al cinghiale superlative e un primo con i frutti di mare ottimo 2 bottiglie di vino e 9 dolci molto buoni spendendo 32 euro a testa. Il tutto condito dalla simpatia della signora che ci ha servito. Sicuramente quando torneremo da queste parti, verremo qui a pranzare.
On holiday in Follonica we found this place by chance, walking with the family. We had lunch with some appetizers and had 2 starters. All recommended by the chef. We tasted cold cuts and Tuscan cheese and seafood dishes from Tuscan cuisine. The first including the superlative pappardelle with wild boar and a first course with excellent seafood 2 bottles of wine and 9 very good desserts for 32 euros each. All seasoned with the sympathy of the lady who served us. Surely when we return to these parts, we will come here to have lunch.
