Pertanto è giusto che si sappia, che si mangia bene: ottima carta dei vini,menù che non dimentica il territorio e il concetto di Km Zero,ma strizza anche l'occhio all'innovazione, soprattutto per le tecniche..senza eccedere negli impiattamenti..solo belli da vedere : candele con le polpettine, pappardelle fatte in casa ai funghi porcini,costatelle di agnello..c'è anche qualche portata di pesce (il polipo alla griglia merita).Notevoli i dolci..producono anche panettoni dolci e salati (assolutamente da provare).Abbiamo anche portato a casa dei biscotti...simili ai canestrelli e aromatizzati al limone ?, dei veri pasticcini. Nelle foto antipasto offerto dalla casa (polpettina di melanzane), tagliere, ravioli al pomodoro, scialatielli ai frutti di mare e tiramisù (che si avvicina più ad un semifreddo aromatizzato al caffè su base di biscotto). Qui abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Eravamo in 5, tutti buongustai, e tutti eravamo d'accordo che la qualità e la scelta dei piatti, sofisticati quanto gustosi, sono state entrambe ottime. Hanno anche una fantastica scelta di vini. Personale cordialissimo. Siamo andati via contentissimi. Excellent 7-course menu: two appetizers, two first courses, a second course of meat and a dessert plus a mini dessert buffet. In mid-August it is not easy to eat well. We ate very well here. There were 5 of us, all gourmets, and we all agreed that the quality and choice of dishes, as sophisticated as they were tasty, were both excellent. They also have a fantastic choice of wines. Friendly staff. We left delighted.
