There were 3 women in the kitchen, one was not wearing a mask and the other two had the masks on the chin, with their mouth and nose out. The kitchen is open right at the entrance and everyone can see them when they come in. They also messed my my order and brought me a gricia instead of a caccio e pepe. I ended up keeping the gricia because I didn’t want to wait any longer. Unfortunately It was very oily.
