I proprietari Simona e Antonello ti mettono subito a proprio agio. Sono oramai una cliente abituale e mi piace molto il fatto che ogni volta c è una degustazione di nuovi piatti accompagnati dalla professionalità dello staff Se dovessi festeggiare un evento importante lo farei al Casale delle streghe Grazie Bellissimi momenti The first time I went to the Casale delle streghe I entered a magical place ... surrounded by nature ... passing makes you seem to have entered a fairy tale .... The owners Simona and Antonello immediately put you at ease. I am now a regular customer and I really like the fact that every time there is a tasting of new dishes accompanied by the professionalism of the staff If I were to celebrate an important event, I would do it at the Casale delle streghe Thank you Beautiful moments

Anche nostro figlio lí assaggia cose che a casa non mangerebbe mai! Oggi ha persino assaggiato la zuppa di ceci... buonissima! Lo consigliamo a tutti! 5 stars "Bewitched" by the Casale We always like to come back to this place, we especially like the "surprise effect" because you never know what you find on their tasting menu, every time it is a tasty discovery! Even our son there tastes things he would never eat at home! Today he even tasted the chickpea soup ... yummy! We recommend it to everyone!
F	Fabio Di Censi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Casale ha qualcosa di "magico", Parcheggio comodo all'interno della proprietà, Un ampio giardino ( da provare in estate cercando refrigerio, durante le torride serate romane, lo faremo) Interno rustico,all'ingresso un grande camino sempre acceso rende subito familiare l'atmosfera, siamo stati accolti con un aperitivo speciale ( non il solito spritz). Abbiamo trovato la formula proposta innovativa e simpatica, un antipasto e degustazione di due primi, proposti dallo chef, riso ai mirtilli con taleggio e fusilli alla amatriciana, buonissimi entrambi, ( Ho trovato entusiasmante, l uscita dello chef per riproporre un bis direttamente in sala passando da ogni tavolo), secondi fuori menu, da decidere a la carte se qualcuno avesse voglia di provare qualche specialità. Torneremo sicuramente. Il Casale has something "magical", Convenient parking inside the property, A large garden (to try in summer looking for refreshment, during the hot Roman evenings, we will do it) Rustic interior, at the entrance a large fireplace always lit makes the atmosphere immediately familiar, we were greeted with a special aperitif (not the usual spritz). We found the innovative and nice proposed formula, an appetizer and tasting of two first courses, proposed by the chef, blueberry rice with taleggio and fusilli alla amatriciana, both delicious, (I found it exciting, the chef coming out to propose an encore directly in the dining room, passing through each table), second courses off the menu, to be decided a la carte if anyone would like to try some specialties. We will definitely be back.

Poi eventualmente secondi e dolci a scelta dal menù alla carta. Antipasto scandaloso composto solamente da un panino farcito con la mortadella Primo assaggio di primo: una misera zuppa in quantità scarsa e dalla qualità dubbia Secondo assaggio di primo: riso con l’amatriciana accostamento da far rabbrividire la Pelle ( io che non ho mai cucinato lo so fare meglio ) Non ho avuto il coraggio di ordinare altro se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino.. Oggi siamo capitati per caso a pranzo in questo bellissimo Casale dove tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, nell'arredo così come nella cucina. Curiosa e originale la formula... propongono un menù degustazione di 3 portate (antipasto e due primi) a 18,00 euro, poi si può scegliere alla carta secondi, contorni e dolci. Oggi nel menú c'era un delizioso bottoncino al sesamo farcito con crema di ricotta di bufala, mortadella e granella di pistacchi. Poi ci hanno portato una zuppa di ceci con dei maltagliati all'uovo ... Buonissima! Mi ha ricordato quella che faceva mia nonna! Infine un saporito risotto con pomodorini, guanciale e pecorino ben presentato e guarnito con foglie di alloro... A fine menù eravamo abbastanza pieni, lo Chef é passato, anche a sorpresa, con un bis di risotto direttamente dal pentolone, per cui, abbiamo scelto di dividere un solo secondo in due ed abbiamo scelto il coniglio farcito e tartufato con cicoria ripassata... Tutto davvero squisito! Il dolce non ce l'abbiamo fatta ma non mancherà occasione per assaggiarlo di sicuro la prossima volta che torneremo! Bravi! Today Sunday of relaxation and good food! Today we happened by chance for lunch in this beautiful farmhouse where everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, in the furnishings as well as in the kitchen. The formula is curious and original ... they offer a 3-course tasting menu (appetizer and two first courses) for 18.00 euros, then you can choose a la carte main courses, side dishes and desserts. Today on the menu there was a delicious sesame button stuffed with buffalo ricotta cream, mortadella and chopped pistachios. Then they brought us a chickpea soup with egg maltagliati ... Yummy! It reminded me of what my grandmother used to do! Finally a tasty risotto with cherry tomatoes, bacon and pecorino well presented and garnished with bay leaves ... At the end of the menu we were quite full, the Chef passed, even surprisingly, with an encore of risotto directly from the pot, so we we chose to divide a single second in two and we chose the stuffed rabbit with truffles and sautéed chicory ... All really delicious! We did not make the dessert but there will be an opportunity to taste it for sure next time we return! Well done!

Ad un certo punto lo chef esce con un padellone per il bis, davvero fantastico! Il camino acceso da favola! Davvero complimenti a tutti lo staff. A wonderful surprise ... starting from the location ... kind and polite staff, excellent and special food. At one point the chef comes out with a pan for an encore, really fantastic! The fairy-tale lit fireplace! Kudos to all the staff.

Una location da incanto ed una cucina ricercata, squisita e fantastica. Un posto che consiglio a chi cerca natura e qualità. Il personale, gentilissimo è veramente il valore aggiunto.. We didn't have a good time .... We had a GREAT time. A truly wonderful Easter Monday in complete relaxation. An enchanting location and a refined, exquisite and fantastic cuisine. A place that I recommend to those looking for nature and quality. The staff, very kind, is really the added value ..

La cucina di ottima qualità, una parola va spesa per il personale, molti educato preparato e disponibilissimo. Il camino acceso rende l'ambiente ancora più accogliente. I prezzi giusti. Lo consiglio a tutti. An enchanting place, as soon as you pass the gate you begin to breathe a magical air. Inside decorations that I don't think is possible better. The cuisine of excellent quality, a word must be said for the staff, many of them polite, prepared and extremely helpful. The lit fireplace makes the environment even more welcoming. The right prices. I recommend it to everybody.
