Materia prima di livello molto alto, largo utilizzo e valorizzazione di prodotti autoctoni e tipici dei castelli, senza contare che la stragrande maggioranza dei piatti sono fatti a mano al 101%. La location è fine con interni che hanno una rusticità ben dosata e d'estate i tavoli all'esterno sono perfetti sia per stare con gli amici sia per una cenetta romantica, il tutto situato su un' invidiabile collina panoramica. Un menu scritto bene e chiaro così come la carta dei vini fornita di etichette interessanti, presenti sempre degli intriganti e deliziosi fuori menù. Mis en place fatta a regola, questo quando il persona in sala è qualificato è normale;) Non essendo su una strada principale non si nota, lo si deve conoscere, appunto per questo è un angolo di castelli dove stare in pace a gustare dell'ottimo cibo, dell'ottimo vino con personale cordiale, simpatico, gentile e professionale. Le pietanze tutte presenti nel menù del giorno erano buonissime. Le foto in allegato parlano chiaro. Hai voglia di tornare. Beautiful place with a well-kept and welcoming structure. The management is unique, careful and managed in our case by a girl who will lead the way. The dishes all on the menu of the day were very good. The attached photos speak for themselves. Il ristorante si trova in una zona tranquilla, in campagna, ha una sala interna e tavoli fuori che quando c'è il sole si sta un'amore. Camerieri gentilissimi. Prodotti di qualità e ben cucinati. Tutto buono. Una menzione particolare per il pollo alla romana: un pollo cosi buono, genuino, ruspante lo mangiavo solo dalla nonna quando lo cresceva lei. Carne dura muscolosa, niente a che vedere con i mollicci polli del supermercato che si dissossano solo guardandoli. Per chi ne capisce è introvabile e non ha prezzo. Ingrati le critiche delle recensioni sui prezzi alti: non è un ristorante da thefork. La qualità si paga. E si ringrazia! Excellent restaurant in Montecompatri, a small town in the Castelli Romani, outside Rome. The restaurant is located in a quiet area, in the countryside, has an internal room and tables outside that when it's sunny you are in love. Very kind waiters. Quality and well cooked products. All good. A special mention for the chicken alla romana: such a good, genuine, free-range chicken I ate only at my grandmother's when she raised it. Hard muscled meat, nothing to do with soggy supermarket chickens that get boned just by looking at them. For those who understand it, it cannot be found and is priceless. Ungrateful reviews from reviews about high prices: not a thefork restaurant. You pay for quality. And thanks!
