★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited last week at lunchtime with my wife and baby. It is just past the main tourist area and well worth the visit. After a brief chat with "The Captain" (larger than life character who truly made us feel welcome) we sat pondering what to order and starters just began arriving at the table! Items we never would have been brave enough to order but were as fresh as I have ever tried (the raw prawns we incredible). Simply and skilfully prepared. A sort of impromptu tasting menu worthy of a Michelin. Highly Recommend, this truly was an old school hospitality experience. I wish more restauranteurs embraced the concept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful and surprising experience in this small, not so touristy restaurant. Great pasta and great swordfish. The white wine was quite awful, but I asked for a different one and it was fine! We were very happy and would definitely come back!
