★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati a metà dicembre per la prima volta a pranzo al Ristorante Busatti, consigliato da un'amica di mia moglie. Ambiente nuovo e molto pulito, arioso e luminoso, arredamento moderno molto ben stilizzato. Cibi veramente ottimi dall'antipasto al dolce, difficile trovare il migliore. L'antipasto buonissimo con prosciutto del Casentino con coccoli, giardiniera e mozzarella. I primi con il taglierino su fonduta di parmigiano e tartufo, oppure risotto all'astice con cavolfiore arlecchino, che oltre ad essere squisiti sono anche bellissimi da vedere. Il fritto di mare con verdure croccanti una delizia, asciutto, croccante che si disfa in bocca. Il tocco finale con i dolci con il creme caramel alla nocciola cioccolata al rum e gelato, oppure il tortino al cioccolato fondente con sorbetto.
Tutto veramente buonissimo!!!!
Il personale di sala cordiale e professionale sia nell'approccio col cliente che sui consigli, omaggiando i clienti con un calice di prosecco ed un piccolo assaggio di benvenuto.
Rispettate tutte le misure anti-COVID, dal distanziamento ai tavoli, sanificatori per le mani all'ingresso, richiesta di green pass, tutto il personale di sala e di cucina con le mascherine. Sanificati anche tavoli e sedie al cambio dei clienti.
Il prezzo chiaramente va a braccetto con la qualità ed il servizio reso, non economico, ma pienamente in linea con quanto offerto.
Sicuramente da ritornare e da consigliare agli amici, certi di non fare brutta figura. Bravi, bravi, bravi!!!!!
We were in mid-December for the first time for lunch at the Busatti Restaurant, recommended by a friend of my wife. New and very clean, airy and bright environment, very well stylized modern furniture. Really great food from appetizer to dessert, hard to find the best. The delicious appetizer with Casentino ham with coccoli, pickled vegetables and mozzarella. The first with the taglierino on parmesan and truffle fondue, or lobster risotto with harlequin cauliflower, which in addition to being exquisite are also beautiful to look at. The fried seafood with crunchy vegetables is a delight, dry, crunchy that falls apart in the mouth. The final touch with desserts with hazelnut cream caramel, rum chocolate and ice cream, or dark chocolate cake with sorbet.
All really delicious !!!!
The friendly and professional dining room staff both in their approach to the customer and in their advice, paying homage to customers with a glass of prosecco and a small welcome taste.
Respect all anti-COVID measures, from the spacing of the tables, hand sanitizers at the entrance, request for a green pass, all the dining room and kitchen staff with masks. Also sanitized tables and chairs when changing customers.
The price clearly goes hand in hand with the quality and the service rendered, not cheap, but fully in line with what is offered.
Definitely to come back and recommend to friends, sure not to make a bad impression. Well done, well done, well done !!!!!
