★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono le ore 17.23 e mi trovo a Eataly A Roma girando trovo la vostra postazione con una Signora gentilissima che illustra compassione e competenza i vostri prodotti Io che sono nata a Viareggio ma da 25 anni residente a Roma non conoscevo la mortadella di Pistoia l'assaggio e la trovo BUONISSIMA UNICA ....Non posso non comprarla .
It is 17.23 and I am at Eataly. In Rome I find your location with a very kind lady who shows compassion and competence your products. I was born in Viareggio but for 25 years residing in Rome I did not know Pistoia's mortadella. and I find it VERY GOOD UNIQUE .... I can't not buy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne molto buona, frollata a dovere. Quello che però fa scendere molto il giudizio è la scontrosità e modo di fare.
Non sono molto socievoli e allegri... direi per nulla... molte volte non hanno avuto agnello e galletti... amici mi hanno raccontato anche di diverbi con loro x aver preso poca roba secondo loro. (Anche se andavano ogni settimana).
Poco rispetto per i clienti e per il periodo (siete aperti da sempre quando l’80% dei negozi invece è chiuso x il COVID ).
Per rispetto verso gli altri non ci andrò più, non è giusto! Addddiossss....
Very good meat, properly aged. But what brings down the judgment a lot is the surliness and way of doing.
They are not very sociable and cheerful ... I would say not at all ... many times they have not had lamb and cockerels ... friends have also told me about arguments with them x having taken little stuff according to them. (Even though they went every week).
Little respect for customers and for the period (you have always been open when 80% of the shops are closed for COVID).
Out of respect for others I will not go there anymore, it's not fair! Addddiossss ....
