Il locale è ben curato e rinnovato anche se non di recente costruzione ed il personale è molto cordiale, sempre sorridente.
Ben presentati i piatti e di ottimo gusto.
Direi un gradino sopra i soliti della tradizione.
Molto bello vedere lo Chef fare capolino per verificare che i clienti siano soddisfatti. Ed il signor Mario, un'istituzione vera e propria.
Il conto? Non è un peso.
Da ritornarci sicuramente.?
Restaurant discovered by chance, at the entrance to Bagno di Romagna, on a rainy day.
The restaurant is well maintained and renovated even if not recently built and the staff is very friendly, always smiling.
The dishes are well presented and of excellent taste.
I would say a step above the usual ones of tradition.
Very nice to see the Chef peeking out to check that the customers are satisfied. And Mr. Mario, a real institution.
The bill? It is not a burden.
Definitely to come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the outside it looks as a very simple bar / restaurant / hotel, Italian style. Inside you'll find a fantastic hotel with cozy rooms and delicate design of the structure. Modern but still faithful to the 60 or so original design. Owners are kind and welcoming. Service is impeccable. I loved.
