Considerando quello che ho mangiato, la qualità del servizio e il rapporto qualità/prezzo mi sento di dire che considero questo ristorante il migliore che abbia provato finora nel viterbese.
I piatti mi hanno letteralmente stupito, non c’è stata una singola portata banale, con abbinamenti di sapori da veri campioni della cucina. Ho apprezzato tutto dall’antipasto al dolce.
In tutto questo aggiungiamo che il menù è vasto, c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta e ogni piatto è studiato nei minimi particolari. Perfetto quindi per assaggiare qualcosa di sfizioso e per certi versi anche innovativo, che di certo non può essere preparato a casa.
Le porzioni le trovo giuste, la pancia alla fine era piena ed estremamente soddisfatta.
La lista dei vini è infinita e piena di nomi eccellenti. Io sono andato sul semplice e ho preso un Lacrima di Morro del 2014 che era semplicemente stupendo.
Il servizio è estremamente professionale; forse c’è stata una leggera attesa di troppo per l’antipasto e il primo ma dopo ha filato tutto.
Conto decisamente contenuto per la qualità offerta.
Gli unici suggerimenti che mi sento di lasciare al ristorante sono quelli di migliorare un po’ l’ambiente interno, che a mio avviso rimane un po’ troppo spoglio, con colori troppo freddi e migliorare un po’ anche la presentazione del locale dall’esterno.

Considering what I ate, the quality of the service and the quality / price ratio, I would like to say that I consider this restaurant the best I have tried so far in the Viterbo area.
The dishes literally surprised me, there was not a single banal course, with combinations of flavors from true champions of the kitchen. I enjoyed everything from appetizer to dessert.
In all this we add that the menu is vast, there is an embarrassment of choice and each dish is studied in detail. Perfect therefore to taste something delicious and in some ways also innovative, which certainly cannot be prepared at home.
I find the portions just right, the belly at the end was full and extremely satisfied.
The wine list is endless and full of excellent names. I went straight for it and got a 2014 Lacrima di Morro which was just gorgeous.
The service is extremely professional; perhaps there was a slight wait too long for the appetizer and the first, but then everything went away.
Definitely low account for the quality offered.
The only suggestions I would like to leave at the restaurant are to improve the internal environment a little, which in my opinion remains a bit too bare, with too cold colors and also improve the presentation of the place from the outside a little. .
