Ho trascorso un anniversario in una location molto bella, in una magica atmósfera, ottimo cibo accompagnato da una ricercata selezione di vini. Il proprietario e il Suo staff ti fanno vivere come si viveva 2 anni fa! A prestissimo Just all great. Davvero consigliatissimo per passare una serata diversa e farsi coccolare un po'.. il prezzo davvero giustissimo per la qualità e quantità. Super! "La Baita" questa volta in veste estiva... Davide il gestore.. i Suoi Genitori in cucina (Tuf Tuf altro ristorante nelle vicinanze) e il suo staff... Ci accolgono nel loro ristorante in un ambiente circondato dalla natura per poi portarci in un privè all'esterno del locale a forma di uovo per trascorrere una serata indimenticabile tra proposte culinarie del luogo accompagnate da diversi vini per ogni portata... L'ambiente è magico riservato e rilassante , le portate dettate dal gestore senza aver ordinato da un classico menù o da un classico ordine ci sorprendono. Un'escalation di sapori e odori ritrovati dal tempo , Il tutto senza fretta e con un rispetto per la riservatezza e l'educazione quasi da imbarazzo... La musica di sottofondo accompagna le dolci note dei sapori e il gusto dei vini ... Un posto dove ritrovare il piacere di parlare e guardare negli occhi il proprio partner... Giocare, ridere , scherzare con il gusto di mangiare e stare bene senza aver ordinato niente... Si è fatto tardi ma è un peccato andare via e lasciare questa bolla che ci ha protetti e nutriti... Mi è piaciuto il fatto che hanno rispettato i nostri tempi lasciandoci il tempo di parlare e di prendere una boccata d'aria tra una portata e l'altra. C'è stato un'ottimo abbinamento di vini/spumanti. Che dire... Un posto in cui tornerò sicuramente The best restaurant I have ever eaten in! Extremely nice and kind staff. The dishes are all very elegant and very good. I liked the fact that they respected our times by giving us time to talk and take a breath of fresh air between courses. There was an excellent wine / sparkling wine pairing. What can I say ... A place I will definitely return to
