Fate una visita al piccolo paese di Mutignano e all ora di pranzo l aria sarà pervasa dall odore delle cucina del Bacucco d' oro magistralmente diretto da Luigi. Fatevi portare il famoso pecorino di Farindola, il lonzino preparato da lui e un vino rosato del luogo. Aprirete in bellezza il vostro pranzo o la vostra cena. Eccellenti i liquori preparati da lui.
 Restaurant with typical cuisine. Pay a visit to the small town of Mutignano and at lunchtime the air will be pervaded by the smell of the cuisine of Bacucco d 'oro masterfully directed by Luigi. Ask for the famous pecorino di Farindola, the loin prepared by him and a local rosé wine. You will open your lunch or dinner in style. The liqueurs prepared by him are excellent.

All’arrivo la cosa che mi ha colpito subito è il panorama che si vede dalla balconata: una vista mozzafiato sulla costa adriatica. Veniamo accolti dal simpatico proprietario che ci fa accomodare e ci mette subito a nostro agio, un po’ in disparte scaldati dal calore del caminetto. Pronti per l’ordinazione, ci facciamo consigliare e qui abbiamo apprezzato la professionalità, consigliandoci di partire direttamente dai primi, così da apprezzarne al 100% qualità e sapore. Che dire!!! Lasagna alla teramana spettacolare e anellini alla pecorara indimenticabili. Cucina rustica d’altri tempi che rispetta la tradizione. Per secondo bistecchina super morbida e una “papera muta” tenerissima e saporita. Alla fine abbiamo assaggiato il pecorino di Farindola accompagnato da marmellata agli agrumi e fichi caramellati e dolci fatti in casa, altrettanto buonissimi. Il conto? Considerando l’abbondanza delle portate e la qualità eccellente della materia prima, vino in bottiglia, dolci e formaggio… 35€ a persona. Onesti e professionali. SUPER TOP.
A very pleasant surprise. Rustic, well-kept and very clean. On arrival, the thing that struck me immediately was the view from the balcony: a breathtaking view of the Adriatic coast. We are greeted by the friendly owner who makes us sit down and immediately puts us at ease, a little apart warmed by the warmth of the fireplace. Ready to order, we ask for advice and here we appreciated the professionalism, advising us to start directly with the first ones, so as to fully appreciate their quality and flavor. What to say!!! Spectacular teramana lasagna and unforgettable pecorara rings. Rustic cuisine of yesteryear that respects tradition. For second, super soft steak and a very tender and tasty "dumb duck". At the end we tasted the pecorino di Farindola accompanied by citrus jam and caramelized figs and homemade desserts, just as delicious. The bill? Considering the abundance of courses and the excellent quality of the raw materials, bottled wine, desserts and cheese ... € 35 per person. Honest and professional. SUPER TOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live nearby during some months, the food is very genuine abruzzonstyle, and varies with the seasons, the owner get everything from local growers. Some very interesting dishes and also arosticcini chimarra and very good wines, grappas etc. actually worth a detour, the terrace in summer is great.
