Beautiful place, quiet and relaxing. Good cuisine, very basic menu. Some prices would have to be reviewed (appetizers and side dishes not appropriate prices). Good quality of raw materials, kind helpful and not stuffy service. Congratulations!!!

Beautiful property located in the Abruzzese hills a few steps from the sea in the middle of an enchanting olive grove. The structure has been recently refurbished and the whole park around it is managed in a maniacal way. The swimming pool is the icing on the cake. The only flaw is the bathroom and the second bedroom in the attic with a fairly questionable height. We pass to the restaurant, really good dishes and the inevitable kebabs, produced by a very good local butcher. Sore point the service .... Having to give it a vote it would be 0. The girl probably at the first experience has no idea what to do. I start by arriving after an 8-hour journey at 19.30 I ask him for the possibility of going down for dinner at 20.30, he tells me it would be better to anticipate because the kitchen could close? Ok let's skip the shower and at 20.10 we are at the table, after 30 minutes he deigns to bring us the menu and after another 20 we ask him to bring us at least the drink. Seen the placemat with all the wines of Italy divided geographically, I sense a particular attention to this detail, We ask what is the house wine, he doesn't know, Umbrian red, white and rosé ... Ok we decide to try them, acceptable. Finally he takes his order and the dishes slowly arrive. We are offered grappas, I ask for another one, he tells me he has little, I tell him it doesn't matter, give me what you have. He brings me a mixture of 2 grappas, one white and one barrel because he didn't have enough to make a portion????. NO COMMENT. In general the place would be from 9 but such a service drags it to just enough. I hope this shortcoming will be improved in the future.

Clean rooms, quiet place surrounded by greenery where tranquility reigns. Friendly and helpful staff. Rich breakfast. Convenient parking is available in front of the farmhouse. Price in line with the offer.

Friendly staff, convenient parking but the lack of heating in the bathroom and the heating with air conditioning in the room, as well as the cold in the common areas penalize a lot. Inadequate price.
