Ma la cosa che mi ha stupita è stato vedere tutti i dipendenti all'interno del locale, al banco mentre preparavano i drink, senza mascherina. Clienti in fase di uscita, alla cassa con la mascherina e dipendenti no. Questo non mi è sembrato corretto. The location was nice, the dish that accompanied the ordered glass was quite poor, in fact we also ordered a sandwich. But the thing that surprised me was to see all the employees inside the room, at the counter while they were preparing the drinks, without a mask. Customers leaving, at the checkout with a mask and employees not. This did not seem correct to me.

M	Max Rittmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt. Zunächst standen wir 10 Minuten im Eingangsbereich, bis wir überhaupt mal angesprochen wurden. Erst nach eigener Initiative, einen Platz auf der Terrasse zu finden, wurden wir schließlich einem Tisch in zweiter Reihe zugewiesen, obwohl vor uns ein freier, nicht reservierter Tisch in erster Reihe mit Seeblick frei war. Zudem war der Tisch noch von den vorherigen Gästen benutzt und vermüllt. Soweit kein Problem, das kann an Tagen mit hohem Gäste-Aufkommen durchaus vorkommen. Allerdings lief die Bedienung vier mal mit leeren Händen an unserem Tisch vorbei und lies uns weiterhin "im Müll" sitzen. Kommunikation war weder auf Deutsch, noch auf Englisch möglich. Keinerlei Interesse seitens der Bedienung zu kommunizieren. Sie war überfordert und unprofessionell. Schließlich haben wir beschlossen das Lokal wieder zu verlassen und ein anderes Restaurant aufzusuchen. Essen und Getränke können nicht bewertet werden, da es gar nicht erst soweit kam. Service, welcher in der Gastronomie extrem wichtig ist, kommt hier gänzlich zu kurz. I have never experienced such bad service. At first we stood in the entrance area for 10 minutes until we were even spoken to. It was only after our own initiative to find a place on the terrace that we were finally assigned to a table in the second row, although there was a free, unreserved table in front of us in the first row with a view of the lake. In addition, the table was still used and trashed by the previous guests. So far no problem, this can happen on days with a high number of guests. However, the waitress walked past our table four times with empty hands and left us sitting "in the garbage". Communication was not possible in either German or English. No interest in communicating on the part of the operator. She was overwhelmed and unprofessional. Finally we decided to leave the restaurant and go to another restaurant. Food and drinks cannot be rated because it didn't even get that far. Service, which is extremely important in gastronomy, is neglected here entirely.

One of the most complete, abundant and good aperitifs overlooking the lake at a truly exceptional price. Totally recommended, I'll be back!
