Siamo 4 ragazze che sono andate a mangiare in questo posto davvero deludente!!!!! Ci siamo passate la mattina e sembrava molto carino, luogo sofisticato ma non ne vale comunque la pena. Prezzi esageratiiii!!! Cruditè di scampi a 16€ con tre scampi contati e due acciughine. Porzioni RIDICOLE! Come primo abbiamo preso polpo rosticciato quasi CANCEROGENO e sformato di patate CRUDO. Qualità-prezzo pessima. Vi sconsigliamo di andarci, mai mangiato così male. Abbiamo mangiato 1/4 del primo.. Ricapitolando: Due antipasti in 4 4 primi 2 bottiglie d’acqua 2 lattine di coca cola Tutto alla bellezza (IRONIA) di 124€!!! Ps: le mie amiche sono state malissimo quindi vi consiglio di non andarci se non avete voglia di vomitare tutta la notte.
We are 4 girls who went to eat in this really disappointing place !!!!! We spent the morning there and it looked like a very nice, sophisticated place but still not worth it. Exaggerated pricesiii !!! Raw prawns for € 16 with three counted prawns and two anchovies. LITTLE portions! As a first course we took almost CARCINOGEN roasted octopus and RAW potato flan. Bad price-quality. We advise you not to go there, never eaten so badly. We ate 1/4 of the first .. In summary: Two starters in 4 4 first courses 2 bottles of water 2 cans of coke All to the beauty (IRONY) of 124 € !!! Ps: my friends have been terrible so I advise you not to go there if you don't feel like throwing up all night.

Posto veramente unico e magnifico con vista mare. Crudité di pesce appena pescato che ti si scioglie veramente bocca. Come primo ho ordinato delle linguine al nero di seppia, con burrata e polpa di ricci di mare che mi hanno fatto impazzire. Inoltre staff gentilissimo che vuole veramente conoscere la sua clientela. 5/5
Truly unique and magnificent place with sea view. Freshly caught fish crudité that really melts your mouth. As a first course I ordered linguine with cuttlefish ink, with burrata and sea urchin pulp that made me crazy. Also very kind staff who really want to get to know his customers. 5/5

Antipasti molto buoni soprattutto la brioche salata con gamberetti. Anche i primi sono piaciuti per qualità e quantità ( linguine al nero di seppia e burrata e calamarata con pescato del giorno). Location su terrazza molto romantica. Consigliato.
Very good starters especially the savory brioche with shrimp. The first courses were also liked for quality and quantity (linguine with cuttlefish ink and burrata and calamarata with catch of the day). Location on a very romantic terrace. Recommended.

Eccellente in tutto. Partiamo dall'essenziale, il cibo. Cibo eccellente, fresco e cosa ancora più importante, ottimamente cucinato e servito. Lo Chef ha svariate esperienze e ottime recensioni in merito alla cucina ittica. Il personale è giovane, dinamico, simpatico e disponibile. Ci si sente a proprio agio, il locale è ben arredato e molto accogliente. Credo che tornerò spesso. Se aggiungiamo la zona molto suggestiva, a ridosso del porticciolo caratteristico di Marina Corta raggiungibile a piedi dal centro dell'isola direi che il tutto è perfetto per una giornata da passare fuori casa. Ci vedremo presto! Cosa aggiungere...PROVATELO!
Excellent in everything. Let's start with the essential, food. Excellent food, fresh and most importantly, excellently cooked and served. The Chef has many experiences and excellent reviews regarding seafood cuisine. The staff is young, dynamic, friendly and helpful. You feel at ease, the place is well furnished and very welcoming. I think I'll be back often. If we add the very suggestive area, close to the characteristic port of Marina Corta, reachable on foot from the center of the island, I would say that everything is perfect for a day away from home. I'll see you soon! What to add ... TRY IT!

Ristorante situato in una location perfetta. Sul mare e di fronte la chiesa del paesino. Personale molto carino ed educato. abbiamo mangiato delle pietanze davvero buone, ma le polpette di ricotta e cipolle di Tropea erano un po’ troppo secche. tutto il resto davvero buono. Vino super! Abbiamo assaggiato due tipi di Malvasia diversi, entrambi ottimi! 4 stelle super meritate. Non diamo le 5 solo per le polpettine.
Restaurant located in a perfect location. On the sea and opposite the village church. Very nice and polite staff. we ate some really good dishes, but the ricotta and onion balls from Tropea were a little too dry. everything else really good. Super wine! We tasted two different types of Malvasia, both excellent! Super deserved 4 stars. We don't give 5 o'clock just for meatballs.

Nice view, rude owner who hate tourists!!! The view was beautiful, this is why we choose this restaurant. The owner was totally rude when we arrived. We were 4 adult 4 children. We were the 3rd table in the restaurant. We ordered antipasti, primi piatti and secondo piatti. After 45 minutes we asked about our meal (till that nearly all the 10 table got minimum the antipasti). They said they have a lot to do. After 10 minutes they bring al the things at the same time. What can I say? Never go there!

The place was suggested by a nice man with good memories of it. Unfortunately my judgement is barely 2 stars...I know we all put an effort in the things we do and I'm sure there are margins to improve, because the fish wasn't bad, but service and waiting time were, I'm sorry to say, really poor. The place is beautiful the food nice and fresh just a little effort to improve small things here and there like bigger portions, given the high price and a smile to reinsure the customer could help a lot. I've given a glance into the kitchen and I've seen a Lady cooking, she was complaining, maybe...and it's just a guess, she needs some more help to speed things up.

This is probably going to be a longer review but let me get to the point right front for everyone who's not interested in reading a lot: + great location and nice interiors as well as presentation - food expensive and FAR bellow average (to not say terrible) - ps. Commenting as Italian with Italian food standards So let me get to the details. The restaurant is super central in the harbour of Lipari and shines with great interiors and style. By looking at some pictures from last year this probably changed recently and might explain the next point: the menu sounds sofisticated and the plates look great. The problem is that the food doesn't reflect that. We tried multiple items from the menu and all have been extremely disappointing. The risotto wasn't risotto - it was pre boild rice, not creamy at all and in a watery sauce. The open ravioli have been a mix of round cut lasagne pices (definitely not ravioli dough) and again an extremely watery and tasteless inside. The pasta 'nero di seppia' was completely tasteless and the grilld octopus burned with a side of potatoes that has probably never come close to any salt... I could continue with similar commets when talking about the desserts. Overall extremely poor quality and taste for the above average price that can't be justified by the location. Finally the service wasn't bad but also not good. Waiters where okay, but forgot an order and didn't know who ordered what while bringing us the dishes. The restaurant has great potential but they probably need to change Chef the same way they changed interiors. With the current quality I wouldn't recommend to go there - your wasting your money.
