Capitato di mangiarci a pranzo per qualche mese continuativo, poichè ero in zona per seguire dei lavori, ho trovato quotidianamente un ristorantino accogliente, sia all'interno che nel giardino nel periodo estivo, dalla cucina tipica e davvero tradizionale. La cuoca si procura solo ingredienti del proprio orto o da fornitori locali. Solo portate di stagione. Qualità prezzo ineccepibile. Non ho conosciuto però la struttura recettiva. I would like to express a very positive feedback towards the owner and her kitchen. I happened to eat there for lunch for a few continuous months, as I was in the area to follow the work, I found daily a cozy restaurant, both inside and in the garden in the summer, with typical and really traditional cuisine. The cook only procures ingredients from her own garden or from local suppliers. Seasonal dishes only. Impeccable price quality. However, I did not know the accommodation facility.

Personale amichevole! The hamlet is located on the outskirts of Monteforfino and is a great place to try typical recipes and eat good dishes on a budget. Friendly staff!

Adatto per tutti. Sicuramente da tornare e da consigliare. Excellent in all respects. Very kind staff, a beautiful large and well-kept park, delicious home cooking and a more than satisfactory bill. Il posto è molto bello, si mangia bene e la proprietaria insieme al suo staff, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio. I stayed overnight and ate here on a bike ride with friends. The place is very nice, the food is good and the owner, together with her staff, was very kind and helpful. I advise.

The high quality raw material makes the difference, and you can feel it in everything you taste! Maria Rosa is a force, nice and helpful! Very high quality / price ratio! Mal consigliati siamo capitati (solo per mangiare) in questo posto dove onestamente non abbiamo avuto nessuna brutta esperienza (come invece capita di solito a chi da una bassa valutazione) ma dove ogni cosa non era all'altezza. Non c'era menù cartaceo ma era la cameriera a presentarlo a voce con poca fatica da parte sua perché la scelta era solo tra due primi, tre secondi e tre contorni. La mensa dove pranzo di solito ha più scelta. Abbiamo preso due gnocchi "al ragout di scottona" dove la carne era presente in quantità "omeopatiche". Il parmigiano era in bustine (solo una a testa con quantità irrisoria). Secondo e contorno senza infamia e senza lode ma dosi veramente scarse (patate tipo al forno.. ma era una gran spesa metterne qualcuna in più?) Non abbiamo preso vino. Siamo usciti con la fame ed abbiamo pagato 50 euro (del resto chi poteva vedere i prezzi senza menù?) Se poi aggiungiamo che i tavoli erano uno accanto all'altro (anche se ci è stato fatto notare che il metro canonico era rispettato...) Low level (as the late Prof. Riccardo Pazzaglia said). Badly advised we came across (just to eat) in this place where we honestly didn't have any bad experiences (as it usually happens to those who give a low rating) but where everything was not up to par. There was no paper menu but it was the waitress who presented it verbally with little effort on her part because the choice was only between two first courses, three second courses and three side dishes. The canteen where I eat usually has more choices. We took two gnocchi "al scottona ragout" where the meat was present in "homeopathic" quantities. The Parmesan was in sachets (only one each with a negligible quantity). Second course and side dish without infamy and without praise but very low doses (baked potatoes .. but it was a great expense to put a few more?) We did not take wine. We went out hungry and paid 50 euros (after all who could see the prices without the menu?) If we then add that the tables were next to each other (even if we were pointed out that the canonical meter was respected .. .)
