Ottima coreografia e composizione dei piatti.Personale in sala attento e cortese. Buona la carta dei vini che andrebbe forse arricchita sui vini del Trentino. Manca una selezione un po’ più ampia sui liquori . Consiglio: un calvados un armagnac e qualche rhum in più sarebbero perfetti.Non metto volutamente foto e vi invito a provarlo di persona io lo farò nuovamente a breve. Lo staff è giovanissimo e all’arrivo si è mostrato attento e gentile, consigliandoci nella scelta dei piatti e del vino. Abbiamo ordinato un gran piatto di crudo(scambi gamberi, mazzancolle, tartare di tonno, salmone) ottimo e ben presentato, 1 flan di baccalà come antipasto e 1 tataki di tonno come secondo. Dolci: cheese cake al caramello salato ed una mousse ai frutti di bosco, entrambi super. Conto 100€. Unico appunto da fare...servono il pane appena sfornato, e quando è stato chiesto di sostituire il cestino all’arrivo del secondo, abbiamo atteso un tempo lunghissimo per avere il pane, arrivato a secondo giá concluso. Errore perdonabile, vista la serata in cui eravamo l’unico tavolo in sala. Un bel ristorante in un luogo inaspettato. Davvero da provare, in ogni piatto che si sente creato col cuore e con la testa dal giovane chef. Carta fei vini molto ben fornita. Staff eccezionale. Pane e schiaccita sfornata da loro. È praticamente impossibile trovare un difetto (a parte il fatto che il sabato è sempre pieno). Costo medio alto (2 portate + vino sono circa 45 € a persona) ma ne vale ogni centesimo!
