Siamo stati molto bene e nonostante il menù fisso con piatti della tradizione sono riusciti a fare mangiare bene anche me che sono vegetariana. E per mangiare bene intendo che non si sono presentati col classico piatto di formaggi come fanno in molti, ma con un menù dedicato che va dall'antipasto al secondo. Torneremo sicuramente! With my family we went to eat at Le Colombaie for Christmas. We had a very good time and despite the fixed menu with traditional dishes they managed to make me a vegetarian eat well too. And by eating well I mean that they did not show up with the classic cheese platter as many do, but with a dedicated menu ranging from appetizer to second course. We will definitely be back!

Tutto ben equilibrato, nessuna sbaffatura! Evidente genuinità degli ingredienti, in quanto locali, strettamente legati al territorio di San Miniato. Si ringrazia tutto lo staff, che ha garantito per l'intera serata un servizio impeccabile. Location, adatta per varie occasioni anche cerimoniali... Immaginiamo meravigliosa nei mesi primaverili. Ritorneremo sicuramente, consigliatissimo! ? Pleasantly pampered on the evening of December 24th with well prepared and presented dishes, excellent for my palate and other convivial ones ... All well balanced, no smudges! Evident authenticity of the ingredients, as they are local, closely linked to the territory of San Miniato. Thanks to all the staff, who guaranteed impeccable service throughout the evening. Location, suitable for various ceremonial occasions ... We imagine wonderful in the spring months. We will definitely be back, highly recommended! ?

Tutto buono, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo a dare informazioni. La foto è della carbonara al tartufo marzuolo. Spesa 35/40€ a testa. Ci torneremo! Two people. Welcome vegetable soup, fried polenta, two first courses, beer shank with agretti, two desserts, half of house wine. All good, very kind staff and very available to give information. Abbiamo preso 3 primi piatti , uno più buono dell'altro : carbonara con tartufo fresco , cappellacci e un'altro di cui mi sfugge il nome, ma davvero particolare . Ottimo anche lo stinco di maiale accompagnato da verdure saltate . Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente . A delicious lunch with refined and quality dishes. We took 3 first courses, one better than the other: carbonara with fresh truffle, cappellacci and another one whose name escapes me, but very particular. The pork shank accompanied by sautéed vegetables is also excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back.
