M	Massimo Ciammella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur conoscendo il locale da tempo per passaparola tra colleghi di lavoro abbiamo scelto di recarci a cena la prima volta in occasione del mio compleanno. La location più che raffinata è riservata. Il classico ristorante che non vedi dalla strada ma che di sviluppa all’interno di una corte giardino lontano dal passaggio di un piccolo centro storico. Il personale è altamente qualificato e premuroso ma non invadente. Accoglienza dunque perfetta. Il menù è in prevalenza di pesce dal poco elaborato crudo che comunque ci è parso freschissimo e ben servito, al primo piatto del giorno di pasta fresca fatta in cucina con abbinamento di gambero al tartufo nero. In particolare il tartufo non era il solito scorzone invadente che copre tutti i sapori e non aveva nulla da invidiare al bianco di Alba. Ottimo abbinamento. I dolci, ne abbiamo scelti tre diversi, eccezionali. Anche gli intermezzi offerti dalla casa scelti con particolare attenzione. Bene bravi tutti e complimenti alla Signora Valoti per la gestione nel suo insieme Although I have known the place for some time by word of mouth among work colleagues, we have chosen to go to dinner for the first time on the occasion of my birthday. The more than refined location is reserved. The classic restaurant that you don't see from the street but that develops inside a courtyard garden away from the passage of a small historic center. The staff are highly trained and attentive but unobtrusive. Therefore perfect welcome. The menu is mainly of raw fish with a little elaboration that however seemed very fresh and well served, at the first course of the day of fresh pasta made in the kitchen with a combination of shrimp with black truffle. In particular, the truffle was not the usual invasive scorzone that covers all flavors and had nothing to envy to the white of Alba. Great match. The desserts, we have chosen three different, exceptional ones. Even the interludes offered by the house chosen with particular attention. Well done everyone and congratulations to Mrs. Valoti for the management as a whole
