Buonissima scoperta anche il loro punto vendita/ristorante A simply fantastic lunch. But I was already accustomed to their quality by buying meat from a butcher's shop or with home delivery in Rome. Their store / restaurant is also very good discovery

Tipo alla Pergola cavalieri dell’ Hilton Ti senti propri fregato. Comunque complimenti non credo sia il modo migliore per farsi clienti nuovi. Grazie The meat is very good but too expensive. Perhaps you should only go to a fixed menu. Two steaks and two Contini 100.00 euros seems a bit exaggerated to me. Guy at the Pergola knights of the Hilton You feel really screwed. D	DOUBLE B DJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li conoscevo solamente per la carne che ho acquistato diverse volt e che mi hanno portato fino a casa, domenica scorsa sono stato presso il loro ristorante dove abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di mia sorella. Siamo stati benissimo, come a casa, tutti molto cordiali e disponibili. Piatti abbondanti e di ottima qualità dagli antipasti ai primi e ai secondi piatti dove abbiamo gustato l’ottima carne di loro produzione. A fine pranzo sono entrato nella fornitissima macelleria dove ho fatto una buona scorta di carni di manzo, agnello, maiale e pollo. Sono sempre convinto che sono tra i migliori. Grazie Risto Macelleria LIBERATI. A presto!!!!!! I only knew them for the meat that I bought several volts and that they brought me home, last Sunday I was at their restaurant where we celebrated my sister's birthday. We had a great time, like at home, all very friendly and helpful. Plentiful and excellent quality dishes from appetizers to first and second courses where we tasted the excellent meat they produce. At the end of the lunch I went into the well-stocked butcher's shop where I stocked up on beef, lamb, pork and chicken. I am always convinced that they are among the best. G	Giuseppe Spedicato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ .. martedì scorso di ritorno da Rieti, i miei ristoranti di riferimento erano tutti chiusi x riposo settimanale, tiriamo avanti verso Roma, qualcosa troveremo, boh!! Mi ricordo di un posto a Poggio Nativo, una macelleria, su Via Salaria, chissà se ci fanno anche da mangiare? Ci fermiamo e ci sono già delle persone a tavola, il servizio è lento, ma le sorelle sono simpatiche e si fanno voler bene Ci portano il menù e cominciamo a chiederci cosa mangiare, un po’ di carne ci starebbe tutta, x cui un tagliere misto da dividere in 2, in attesa della grigliata mista e delle patatine fritte Mezzo litro di rosso della casa, che si è fatto veramente attendere, ma finito l’antipasto, nulla di esaltante, glielo ricordiamo e ce lo portano, meglio tardi che mai!!! Dopo una mezz’oretta arriva la grigliata, con all’interno un vassoietto di cartoncino con le patatine fritte, naturalmente congelate, un po’ squallido, l’arrosto è composto da una salsiccia, aperta e ben cotta di buona fattura, un bel pezzo di pancetta di maiale cotta bene e saporita ed una tagliata di proporzioni adeguate, forse troppo cotta Nessun dolce disponibile, domani e mercoledì e siamo chiusi, ci dicono, che significa??? Quindi caffè e genziana, 30€ a persona, …….. un po’ sopra le righe Sicuramente poteva andare meglio, ho visto passare dei bei primi, cosa abbiamo sbagliato???? …ma ti chiami Risto Macelleria, forse bisognava fermarsi a Macelleria? ……da quanto ho visto dentro sicuramente avrebbero potuto fare di meglio CANCELLATO!!! .. last Tuesday returning from Rieti, my restaurants of reference were all closed x weekly rest, let's move on towards Rome, we will find something, boh! So coffee and gentian, € 30 per person, ......... a little over the top Surely it could have been better, I saw some good first courses, what did we go wrong ???? … But your name is Risto Macelleria, maybe you should have stopped at Macelleria? …… from what I saw inside they certainly could have done better DELETED!!!
