Only oral menu (which is fine, especially in COVID times), but when prices are double of the normal level in the area, it would be correct to be transparent about this when presenting the menu.
Waited more than 45min to get the primis (pasta e vongole and pasta con scampo), and then another 45min wait for a frittura.
