β β β β β Een must voor de liefhebber van topkwaliteit vers vlees. Vader - trots op zijn ambacht - en zoon ontvangen je zeer hartelijk in hun kleine maar oergezellig ingericht restaurant. In de naastgelegen slagerij zoek je zelf je vlees uit, dat vers gesneden na tien minuten op de grillplaat op je tafel staat. Een mooie Primitivo erbij en je bent een geweldige belevenis rijker.
