★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer care pessimo, ho provato a contattarli telefonicamente dopo la commessa e non mi hanno mai risposto e nemmeno richiamato, per non parlare delle mail di sollecito sul lavoro al quale avevo chiesto supporto, da 48ore di lavoro massimo sono passate 2 settimane senza avere alcun riscontro..... Questa è l'ennesima azienda italiana del settore che si comporta così sono basito....
Bad customer care, I tried to contact them by phone after the order and they never replied or even called me back, not to mention the reminder emails on the job to which I had asked for support, from 48 hours of maximum work 2 weeks have passed without having any response ..... This is yet another Italian company in the sector that behaves so I'm thrilled ....
