★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Это совсем не город Монтепульчано куда рвутся все туристы!!!!! до него еще 10 км и таксисты ( очень редкие) запрашивают еще 20 евро туда. Можно ждать автобуса за 3 евро но он ходит очень редко. мы ждали 1 час. до 14.45. Жарко. в кафе пусто.
 This is not the city of Montepulciano, where all the tourists rush !!!!! it is still 10 km before it and taxi drivers (very rare) ask for another 20 euros there. You can wait for the bus for 3 euros, but it runs very rarely. we waited 1 hour. until 14.45. Hot. the cafe is empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spettacolare paesino medievale in provincia di Siena con stradine e vicoletti caratteristici con ristorantini negozi di artigianato e alimentari dove si può trovare il buon vino prodotto in zona i formaggi deliziosi i famosi 'Pici' spaghettoni bucati da fare calcio e pepe.
Se passate da queste parti fermatevi una visita la merita davvero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La stazione ferroviaria di Montepulciano è un nucleo di storia. Fino al 1927 una ferrovia, a scartamento ridotto, la collegava con la stazione a monte, detta "Montepulciano Città". Oggi, le corse sono ridottissime, tanto che la frequenza è infima. Forse questo dipende anche dal fatto che non esista un collegamento stabile con la città e con le altre frazioni.
The Montepulciano railway station is a nucleus of history. Until 1927 a narrow gauge railway connected it with the mountain station, called "Montepulciano Città".
