★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of abandoned nature park and not so well maintained but wildlife is very present, especially birds. Was able to see many different birds including a group of flamingos. Very nice walking routes...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoying a guided or self cycling excursion in Salento coast with Veloce company (velocerental.com) from Lecce using their carbon road bike rentals, this regional park is an oasis to ride a bicycle in the nature, very nice feeling of cycling in the olive fields and find yourself pedaling in the cool in a beautiful Mediterranean pine forest. This place is frequented by local cyclists who like to train the coast crossing this nature park.

We spent an mid October afternoon walking around the beach the swamp and the pines forest. We spotted a beautiful Flamingo and many others different birds species. This WWF oasis its a worthy natural reserve to visit. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to walk 20 minutes on an aspalt road and rough road from main road where you can parked your car.A few guard posted on the entrance for security.It is a good place if you want peaceful and quite.Not so many beach goers visiting there.Trees along the way are relaxing, birds and crickets singing loud.I used to picked up wild berries while walking and take it as snacks.Its a fun place if you are not a lazy person.As the road takes 20 minutes walking.
