★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vi racconterò in breve la mia esperienza culinaria. ho da giorni come ospite un essere molto esigente : non finisce quasi mai i piatti che gli offriamo e finisce per denigrarli con la sua voce da piccolo goblin del muschio sotterraneo. oggi, pensando di poter sovrastare le sue richieste, gli ho preparato un buon riso zacchè con pesto di salame mantovano, cotto a puntino. il suddetto ospite non solo si è degnato di sputare con maleducazione i chicchi di riso ripieni di bava viscida, ma si è oltretutto permesso di ridare il mio piatto in dietro. ora mi chiederò : è la mia cucina la cosa scadente, o è colpa del vostro riso?? attendo risposta. grazie. comunque sapeva un po' di mucca. cordiali saluti, niculas
