Sono arrivata a RiPhone grazie al consiglio di un amico che mi ha assicurato la loro professionalità e devo dire che sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta del servizio e dell'assistenza.
Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che prima di propormi la sostituzione del pezzo rotto (microfono) i ragazzi hanno provato in ogni modo a ripararlo per evitare appunto la sostituzione.
Onesti, precisi e molto veloci. Lo raccomando sicuramente.

I arrived at RiPhone thanks to the advice of a friend who assured me of their professionalism and I must say that I was extremely satisfied with the service and assistance.
I really appreciated the fact that before proposing to me the replacement of the broken piece (microphone) the guys tried in every way to repair it to avoid the replacement.
Honest, accurate and very fast. I definitely recommend it.

Avevo portato un PC che non si accendeva più. Dissero che dopo 3-4 giorni lo avrebbero riparato, dopo questi giorni la data veniva continuamente spostata fino a 3 settimane. Dopo averli sollecitati ripetutamente tramite telefonate (computer per me fondamentale per lo studio e il lavoro) erano sempre sul vago sulle risposte e sui tempi di consegna.
Dopo tre settimane di attesa mi hanno detto che il computer ha una scheda madre danneggiata e quindi non è riparabile.
Stavo per acquistare un nuovo PC quando, non convinto del loro lavoro, porto il computer in un altro centro riparazioni della zona e dopo 3 giorni è stato riparato (si trattava di un semplice problema di cavi, non alla scheda madre come mi avevano diagnosticato) .
Sconsigliato per riparazioni di notebook e PC portatili, roba per niente professionale e poco competente.

Not recommended for notebook and portable PC repairs, stuff not at all professional and not competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo lavoro fatto da riPhone sul mio iMac. Cercavo da tempo qualcuno che mi sostituisse l'hard disk originale con un SSD, ma molti centri riparazioni rifiutano di fare questo lavoro sui mac più recenti, per l'alto rischio di rompere il monitor in fase di apertura della macchina. Finalmente ho trovato questo centro, con personale certificato apple: lavoro ben fatto, preventivo chiaro e senza sorprese, tempi rapidi.
Prezzo non propriamente economico, ma nel complesso onesto, visti appunto i rischi accessori.
Inutile dire che il computer è letteralmente rinato.

Great job done by riPhone on my iMac. I've been looking for someone to replace my original hard drive with an SSD for some time, but many repair centers refuse to do this work on the latest macs, due to the high risk of breaking the monitor when opening the machine. I finally found this center, with apple certified staff: job well done, clear estimate and no surprises, fast times.
Price not exactly cheap, but honest overall, given the ancillary risks.
It goes without saying that the computer has literally been reborn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da fidarsi! Penso essere importante lasciare un feedback e un'opinione su cui altre persone possono leggere e affidarsi soprattutto quando ci sono così tanti negozi del genere in giro.
Sono andata da loro per cambiare il schermo del mio Ipad, prezzo ragionevole, personale cordiale e disponibile. Ho fatto più di 60 km perché secondo me la qualità non ha prezzo.
To be trusted! I think it's important to leave feedback and an opinion that other people can read and rely on especially when there are so many such stores around.
I went to them to change the screen of my Ipad, reasonable price, friendly and helpful staff. I have done more than 60 km because in my opinion quality is priceless.

I found in MAC AID a team of well-prepared and welcoming young professionals. They solved my problem with my MacBookPro's solid-state memory in record time, delivering me all Saturday afternoon so I could use it for work the following Monday. All at the right price.
