★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente posso dire un bel negozio. Li ho contattati e mi hanno risposto via WhatsApp. Ordine e consegna puntuale. Due giorni dopo (sabato) mi serviva un alimentatore e su appuntamento mi hanno risolto. Metto solo 4 stelle perché non mi fido di quelle a 5.
 I can personally say a nice shop. I contacted them and they replied via WhatsApp. Order and timely delivery. Two days later (Saturday) I needed a power supply and by appointment they solved me. I only put 4 stars because I don't trust the 5 stars.

servizio e assistenza INESISTENTE! siamo un bar è abbiamo contattato il tecnico per chiedere aiuto riguardo le fatture elettroniche, lui ha risposto che ci farà avere il manuale e di arrangiarci. dopo aver richiesto assistenza per capire come far funzione il sistema, ha ripetuto che lui non sarebbe venuto e di guardare nel manuale. SERVIZIO INESISTENTE E SOPRATTUTTO MALEDUCAZIONE DEL PERSONALE. avendo preso due registratori di cassa mi sarei aspettata un servizio di assistenza almeno. SCONSIGLIATO

service and assistance INEXISTENT! we are a bar and we contacted the technician to ask for help regarding electronic invoices, he replied that he will have us get the manual and make do. after requesting assistance to understand how to operate the system, he repeated that he would not come and look in the manual. INEXISTENT SERVICE AND ABOVE ALL PERSONAL DISEMBARK. having taken two cash registers I would have expected a service at least. NOT RECOMMENDED
