★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto riparare una giacca di pelle ad ottobre mi è arrivata a marzo dopo varie peripezie...persone scortesi a telefono e lavoro pessimo il giacchetto mi è tornato con il verde di qualche colore nel punto della cerniera e in più si presume che quando ti sostituiscono una cerniera si inserisca anche la vecchia per far vedere che è stata sostituita(non è stato fatto),18euro per aver atteso 6 mesi e una pessima sostituzione della cerniera.Non li consiglio
 I had a leather jacket repaired in October it arrived in March after various vicissitudes ... unkind people on the phone and bad work the jacket came back with the green of some color at the point of the zipper and in addition it is assumed that when you replace a hinge also insert the old one to show that it has been replaced (it has not been done), 18 euro for having waited 6 months and a bad replacement of the hinge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La proprietaria è una persona gentilissima e disponibile. Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza e la valigia che avevo portato per una riparazione mi è stata consegnata come nuova e il prezzo che ho pagato è stato onesto. Forse sono un po' lenti nelle consegne.
The owner is a very kind and helpful person. I had a great experience and the suitcase I had brought for repair I was delivered as new and the price I paid was honest. Maybe I'm a little slow on deliveries.
