Avevo un problema con un cellulare che non si ricaricava più, già al telefono avevano individuato il problema e quando sono andato in negozio hanno risolto subito. E dato che secondo loro era una cosa da poco, non mi hanno fatto pagare. Grazie Competent, fast and available. Ho distrutto il display del mio samsung s10 plus e li ho contattati prendendo appuntamento alle 11.30 del giorno dopo (durante la prenotazione ho anche potuto già scegliere il colore del ricambio del display). Alle 11.30 del giorno dopo raggiungo il negozio e dopo appena 10 minuti è arrivato il corriere con il mio pezzo ricambio ORIGINALE SAMSUNG e non "compatibile". Lascio il cellulare nelle mani del tecnico e vado a prendermi un caffè. Il tempo di tornare indietro e far due chiacchiere con dipendenti e titolare il telefono alle ore 12.10 mi è stato riconsegnato!!!!! Fatte le dovute verifiche, pagato il prezzo di €295 [Prezzo onesto per essere un ricambio ORIGINALE] Posso dirmi davvero soddisfatto e lo consiglio caldamente. Then 2 words IMMEDIATE AND RELIABLE. Avevo lo smartphone in "crash" totale,bloccato completamente sulla videata di avvio.Me lo hanno ripristinato completamente,senza perdere alcun dato e in aggiunta gli hanno eseguito una pulizia generale e rigenerato l'altoparlante.Il tutto ad un prezzo che dire onesto sarebbe poco...Non dico quanto per correttezza,ma Vi assicuro che qui troverete professionalita' ai massimi livelli e idem per l'onesta' nei prezzi I highly recommend this help center! Prima cosa da dire è che come da preventivo mi è stato fatto un prezzo che equivale quasi alla metà di tantissimi altri negozi e seconda cosa, ci hanno messo un'ora scarsa, cosa che in altri negozi appunto, nonostante i prezzi più alti ci vogliano giorni. Consigliatissimo. Spero chiaramente di non tornarci ?, ma se mi dovessero capitare guai al cellulare so dove recarmi.
