Ho risolto chiamando altre persone che hanno confermato che il problema era effettivamente la caldaia I asked for an intervention on the phone but I was told to go to a plumber, without having noticed the problem. M	Monica Armillotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNA VERA DELUSIONE! Dopo controllo fumi e manutenzione della caldaia, il Tecnico ha ritenuto opportuno cambiare una guarnizione, dal costo di €30. Nei giorni successivi, la caldaia andava in blocco per pressione bassa. Dopo aver aggiunto acqua, per ben 3 giorni consecutivi, al 4° giorno abbiamo trovato acqua sul pavimento. Abbiamo aperto il pannello frontale , abbiamo visto la perdita che ha di conseguenza danneggiato con molta probabilità anche la scheda elettronica. Inoltre, aprendo il pannello, abbiamo trovato ancora dello sporco. Mi chiedo: siamo Professionisti o " Ciabattini" (senza togliere nulla al ciabattino)? È questa manutenzione di ben € 160 cosa è servita, visto che adesso mi tocca cambiare la caldaia??? Sconsiglio vivamente! A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT! After checking the fumes and maintaining the boiler, the Technician considered it appropriate to change a gasket, costing € 30. In the following days, the boiler was blocked due to low pressure. After adding water, for 3 consecutive days, on the 4th day we found water on the floor. We opened the front panel, we saw the leak that consequently damaged the electronic card as well. Also, when opening the panel, we still found some dirt. I wonder: are we Professionals or "Cobblers" (without taking anything away from the cobbler)? Is this maintenance of € 160 well what was needed, since now I have to change the boiler ??? I strongly advise against!
